  This contracting company was working with a buyer’s agent while I was selling my house. They sent a contractor to inspect my roof for the buyer, prior to my approval for the contractor to be there. He was on my roof inspecting it, without my knowledge. Had he fallen, that’s a huge liability. Had he damaged any part of the roof/gutters, I would have been liable as I had no idea he was even up there. I just happened to come back to the house to grab a few things, and he threw his ladder in his truck very quickly and drove off without saying a word to me. Very sketchy behavior on the part of this company.

  Contacted them last week for a roof estimate. Said they had Monday or Tuesday available and I chose Monday. Never heard from them so thought they may have changed to yesterday. Still heard nothing. I will consider this company a no show.

  On July 27 2026 I had installed my beautiful new roof. It far exceeded my expectations. The service was exceptional. The professionalism shown was extraordinary. What a pleasure to see a company that provides quality in their product and excellant customer service. I highly recommend this company. I plan to use them again my future upgrades to my home.   We had a very positive experience with Unite Contracting thanks to Nydia she came prepared and gave me a estimate with in 24hrs and answered every question I had about insurance process. Would highly recommend her !

  They came out and checked out our roof and flashing and gave a very fair estimate. Their turn around time was very reasonable especially with all the rain and storms we've had. Very responsive and easy to work with, never pushy and very willing to explain what they are doing and why it is needed.

  I hired United Contracting LLC to replace flashing and repair guttering where my garage roof meets my brick house. Adjacent shingles also had to be replaced and mortar work also was necessary. United was prompt, diagnosed the problems, and solved them. The estimator was highly skilled and the two workers who did the job were excellent.
