  Pleasant to work with but diagnosing the origin of the major leak seemed to be an issue. Finally after 3000$ and my pointing out many times where the leak was coming into my den still leaking. Finally a water test was performed right above the area where the puddle would gather on the floor and it began flowing in down the walls etc. After many months of this finally repaired but another area was leaking as well and they were aware and I was assured that was repaired but after this last hard rain it was leaking too again. I had another repairman come today from another company and that whole area had loose shingles and the plywood underneath the area was rotten. No repair was done in that area evidently. This is an a language and communication barrier that I feel is a serious issue here. I was never charged anymore but opted not to call again as I am sure they are tired of me and my roof issues which I would not trust to be repaired successfully.

  We needed a full roof replacement. After the initial evaluation, we never got a quote despite multiple calls and texts requesting this so we could move forward. We had planned to use Bone Dry but had to call another company to come out because we couldn’t put it off any longer. It was unfortunate because we really liked their catalog!

  Communication was less than stellar requiring me to ask if I should seek another company. Scheduling was blotch and finally put on the books after multiple calls. The crew appears to have done a good job, but I specifically asked for clear caulking and they used white. Just reported this finding so we'll see how it turns out.

  First, I want to say that the folks who have actually come out to work on my property have been very nice, professional, and helpful. However, the communication from Bone Dry, via the management and the admin team has been truly awful. I signed a contract back in April to get a repair done on my roof that was causing a leak and also to replace the gutters on the back of my house. The gutters were replaced last week (after 6 weeks, despite initially being quoted a 2 week turn around, with very little in the way of communication). They also told me I didn't need to be home for the repair every time I checked in, despite the fact that I was very clear that I did need to be home because I have animals and also there is no exterior outlet on my 1950s home, so they would need to access power through the house. Again, I want to state that the team who came out to do the gutters and Miles who initially came out to do the inspection were all very nice and did a great job, the gutters look so good! But, the communication I received leading up to the gutter replacement being completed was horrible (even to the point that someone in the office was very rude to me on the phone when I called to check in about a timeline for the repair). Since my gutters were replaced last week I have been texted and emailed repeatedly asking for me to leave a google review for the company so, I decided to go ahead and do so. Despite the repair on my home not yet being done or even scheduled after 7 weeks and with no communication about when it will happen. Last week I was told the part had not been ordered/completed yet (it’s a custom piece, but this was the first I’d heard anything about it aside from me asking if it was going to be repaired at the same time that the gutters were replaced). The management and admin team at Bone Dry really seem to be struggling, which I have a lot of empathy for, however, the way they’ve handled my situation has been pretty awful.   Update- Bone Dry completed some soffit repairs for me. Their price was hundreds of dollars lower than the general contractor bid I got. Good communication and follow through, with top notch work. Thanks! Original review- I highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing. They did 2 projects for me- roof replacement, and full gutter replacement. Quality work and materials, competitive pricing, responsive, prompt and great clean up. Hire with confidence!

  We have used Bone Dry several times. We had our roof and damaged fascia from storm, and replaced our rusted and leaking chimney chase cover and fixed the flashing that rotted from rain water damage. Each time, the teams provided great quality work at reasonable prices. Highly recommend to anyone who needs roof or chimney work!
