  If I could give them a zero I would I bought a 300 gas pressure washer not even a month old and is broke they won't replace it or give me my money back. They said I had 48 hrs to return it so they are selling junk products and don't stand behind them do yourself a favor and find a different reliable brand that will stand behind there products

  I am sorry but I would use these people at all. Had them come out and do two estimates for my trailer 28x68 and the shingle estimate was almost 16k and the metal one was almost 34k...that outrageous if you ask me... Lucky I found a local guy that can do it for over half the price...someone was wanting to take sometime off work

  They were contracted to replace my roof as well replace decking with the appropriate boards to match the rest of my roof. Communication was subpar on the scheduled day and the job didn't start until after 2 pm and was completed in the dark. The repair work they were contracted to do was not completed and my roof is now worse than it was before they "repaired and replaced" it. After multiple attempts to contact them, they finally scheduled someone to come look at it over 2 weeks after the original installation date and we were assured we would hear back in a couple days with a solution. That was over a month ago and still no contact. Stay far away from this company!

  Went with this company and it was the biggest mistake ever. It took them months to get started our windows were measured wrong some of them were put in crooked the workers did not start till 11 or 12 and work for about 5 hours I would not recommend this company to anyone

  I recommend getting multiple quotes. I came to this company and got quotes for celect siding aware that it is more expensive then regular siding. The quote for the same materials($40,000) ended up costing twice as much as one of their competitors($25000). I verified that there installers are certified installers and they are. I was given a verbal quote and had to ask for a breakdown of the quote which was sent with rough estimates. Even the gutter replacement was twice as much. Frank is a perfect salesman even saying that their competitors charge more for 6 inch gutters but theres are all the same. I did not get quotes on this but i can say that craftsman contracters charged twice as much for gutter replacements as well. Do a cost comparison and you will see they do not offer competitive pricing.

  I was very disappointed in the experience we had after reading. All the good reviews. The work was poor quality for the price. Which kept being raised due to unforseen issues. The customer service left me feeling frustrated. Please shop around first don't rush to a decision like I did just because they have good reviews

  Brian Baker went above and beyond when our roof was destroyed by high winds. He came and and tarped the roof during the storm. Worked tirelessly with our insurance company to get the damage repaired. I higher recommend Brian Baker as a result.

  Bryan Baker was amazing to work with! Our insurance adjuster initially denied our claim for a new roof and he worked with them over a year to get us a new roof. I highly recommend giving Bryan a call.
