  We used AIC roofing to replace our existing roof. We have had them out to repair their work repeatedly and still have multiple issues. Each time I called, the warranty man always indicated that it was our fault or old wood- even though we replaced each board requested. Our roof has waves as it meets the gutter, and our gutter nails were not nailed back in, in order to try to sell us new gutters. Mind you, we had never had a problem with the gutters and the nails before them. I finally got tired of calling them. Please let me spare you some heartburn- I’ve spent thousands for a new, poorly installed roof and nails loose in a very difficult area to tap in.

  I chose AIC because of the reviews and the warranty they claimed to provide. They arrived on site and replaced to roof breaking three lawn lights, two plant vases and collapsing the roof of the cateo. All of this I said nothing about. After replacing the roof both skylights leaked from day one where they had not previously, but since I did not replace the skylights they refuse to repair the interior damage. If this had happened a year from now, fine. But day one is unacceptable. I spoke with two of my neighbors who had their roofs replaced with having the skylights. They paid much less and had no issues with their companies. So much for getting what you pay for. Never will I recommend nor use AIC again.

  Failed to properly flash roof. 17 months later roof is failing, water leaking. AIC refusing to repair or even come look.

  Honestly, the gutter installation was good. My problem was that I had confirmed that they would leave the old gutters after removal because I planned on selling them to a friend. I came home and noticed no old gutters, as discussed and noted. I called the rep and they offered $100 (I was selling for $350 to friend). I asked if that's all they're willing to offer. Wouldn't budge. Got their sale and couldn't care less. Broke the agreement and left me screwed. 👎

  Two representatives came to my business saying they were branching out to commercial businesses, after years of doing residential. I gave them both residential and commercial jobs that I needed done. They came out for an estimate and a few days later they called stating they aren't able to do either of the jobs. Perhaps I got a lazy estimate guy, but this business will be my last call in the future seeing they told me they couldn't do my residential work, not my commercial. I now contacted another company and they got our business. Thanks for the reply, Owner of AIC, but how can you justify your company works mainly on residential properties and your guy telling me he can't fix a shingle leak? I can understand trying to branch out into commercial roofing and not being able to do that part yet, but the residential part should have been your forte. I see all the wonderful reviews and wonder what went wrong with this one, you should be wondering the same thing!

  I used these guys on a prior project in which I had a good experience but then I had another guy come out and look at another issue, very unprofessional and rude in person and on text. I will not ever use them again.

  We interviewed 4 different roofing companies and chose AIC. Many reasons, but I felt we would get the quality roof we were looking for. AIC did deliver, but it was a bit rushed, so I questioned how they can strip and install a new roof in a couple of hours…. Also, we were fighting the rain a bit and ended up with water stains in one bedroom, which they covered to cost of,but was still a pain to make sure it was repainted correctly. AIC was responsive to the many questions we had, so we were happy about that. If not for the feeling of being rushed and the water stains, it would be 5 stars.

  A1C personal was very helpful all the way through the process, from sales to labor, financial, and finalizing contract.   Abraham replaced the vent boot and surrounding shingles, which were causing a small leak in the attic. Has not leaked in the few weeks that the job has been completed.

  I was very surprised by the final payment. I had paid my deposit and the had a remaining balance due but to my surprise I had to pay an additional $5000.00 with not real break down of how this was determined. I did understand there could be damaged wood but not that it would ever cost an additional $5000.00.

  This was my 2nd roof by AIC. These folks are a pleasure to work with. Professional start to finish, excellent communication and follow up. As for onsite install and site supervision - the install crew is top notch and the site supervisor, Cameron, is a pleasure to work with. AIC had not only the most comprehensive estimate it was also the least expensive.
