  This review was actually expected from you. We knew in the beginning that dealing with you , you were eventually going to post something negative about our company. Thats why your last phone call was terminated & your money refunded. Being in this community and serving numerous people daily for over 20 years, I’ve always been told by other professionals that there will always be ONE who no matter what you do you will not satisfy. And here you are. I have tried to help you on numerous small repairs over 3 to 4 years. Even though you failed to pay me this last time for over a year. I have also referred other contractors to you to do other various jobs. Yet , Every job ended in some kind of dispute based upon your dissatisfaction. There is only one common denominator in all of this , that is you. You called me the other day to complain about something else not pertaining to anything we have done. So I simply returned your uncashed check of $275.00. I was hoping you would just take your refund and go away but yet here you are continuing to menace and trying to harm our reputation. The best I can do at this point is to respond to this egregious, malicious review and let every contractor out there know ,,, Contractor beware! *Being there is no platform for us to give you a “customer review.”

  They did the neighbor’s roof, not mine. They showed up at 5:30am…. Too early. When they were leaving, some of the workers tossed the trash out of their car on my lawn.

  Sorry for the inconvenience of starting early and replacing your neighbor’s roof . We were actually trying to complete the job before the expected rain which was supposed to occur by noon. 😬 Our apologies for any inconvenience. However, I am shocked to hear that anyone from my team would leave any debris, let alone carelessly toss any trash out of a window into a neighbor’s yard. We pride ourselves on doing a meticulous job in cleaning up at the end of each day. We also do a walk through at the completion of any job to make sure everything is installed to specs & no debris is ever left behind. We are well aware of how important it is to make sure everything is clean even down to the last roofing nail. That is a huge component of performing a perfect job. We have been serving Central Kentucky daily for over 17 years now and this is the first ever complaint of this kind. Which leads me to believe that we are possibly being mistakenly blamed for an incident of which we had no involvement. Regardless , this incident will be discussed during our upcoming weekly team meeting. Simply because we do value your concern.   Called to have a quote. An older man and a younger man came. They have a quote for new flashing on the front of my home with a price I agreed upon. They said it would be 8-10 business days before they started. I waited almost 15 then called. No answer. Called again at 20 days, no answer. I finally gave up and called bone dry roofing. Came back with the same quote but included flashing around my chimney. Came on proposed day, and they completed work that day. Note for future: please don't turn away customers who are willing to pay.

  Never came out to my house to give me an estimate on replacing my gutters. After I called him twice and both times he said he would, Not very reliable with potential new clients. I would not recommend this company.

  Sean and his team are absolutely fantastic. I called him with a leak near my chimney and he came the same day to investigate everything. He took/shared multiple pictures of the problem area. We agreed on the work and he had a crew of guys out to my house within the week. They were courteous, quick, and efficient. I highly recommend Godsend Roofing for any work you need done.

  We had an excellent experience with our roof replacement. Darrell and Brody were very helpful and quick to schedule our much needed roof replacement. From scheduling to completion, the entire process was easy and efficient. The crew also did an excellent job and completed the work quickly while maintaining great quality. We are very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof!

  I don’t often write reviews, but Agodsend Roofing has absolutely earned this one. Over a year ago, they replaced my entire roof, and from the beginning they were professional, honest, and significantly more reasonably priced than the competition without compromising on the quality of their materials or workmanship. The entire process was smooth, and the finished roof looks fantastic. What really impressed me was what happened over a year later. A small piece of flashing came loose, and after I contacted them, they honored their warranty without hesitation. They came out to assess the issue and had it repaired the very same day. That level of customer service and standing behind their work is hard to find. It’s easy for a company to do a good job when they’re getting paid, but how they treat customers after the job is complete says everything about their integrity. Agodsend Roofing exceeded my expectations. I would confidently recommend them to my family and friends, and when it’s time to replace the roof on another property, they will be the first and only company I call. Thank you for standing behind your work!

  Recommended by a close and trustworthy neighbor who had used them, Godsend send out a rep and he provided a second bid for me. The bid included specific manufacturers and products they would use, and their price was commensurate with (even slightly lower than) my first bid. Once I had chosen a shingle color, they scheduled the job for the following morning, as they had an opening. At 5:30am, they arrived and got started on a very hot day. By 4:30, I had a new roof--complete with a new ridge vent to replace the nine original box vents and the removal of two old satellite dishes that had been an eyesore. Highly recommend this firm. Easy to deal with, and very responsive to inquiries. Fair priced.

  Great experience. Quick communication and replaced my roof within a day. The staff left no materials or trash anywhere around our house. I highly recommend using them for any services with your roof. (First photo is newly done)

  Godsend Roofing are the best in Lexington for any roof repairs. I have used them on rentals as well as personal properties. Darryl has been a blessing to work with for the hail damage on my 85 year parent's home and the best with his knowledge and patience with them. I will refer them to anyone with roof needs.

  We had a few areas of our roof that needed repair including missing soffit and some gutter issues. I talked with Brody and he had someone come and give us an estimate right away. They did the work the very next day, and it was all carefully and expertly completed. Thank you!
