Horrible work and bad advice. They said reason for leak in roof was due to deck beam penetrating the walls and recommended removing beams. Reiter did this but never patched the holes when they replaced the roof below. They only covered holes. Shame on you.

Hi Corbin, we searched our records and could not find any work that we completed with your name on it. Without more information it will be difficult for us to address this issue. Can you please call our office when we reopen tomorrow to discuss this. We take things like this very seriously and would like to get to the bottom of what happened here.

Hi Miguel, We are very sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We would never purposefully ignore a customer, it certainly was not intentional. We made two trips to your property to look at this project. We had a few people out for various reasons this past month and your estimate slipped through the cracks. Our estimator tried to call you to discuss the project as soon as we saw this message. Please give us a call back if you are still interested in discussing this project. Again, we are very sorry that this happened, it is not the way we do business, and it was not done on purpose.
