  Good Afternoon Maria, This is Darian the owner-operator of the company. You can always reach me directly at 407-864-1814 to discuss things further. On December 31st prior to engaging in any work together - a photo report was sent to you via email indicating estimated wood costs - with clear language that we don't have X-ray vision and that the condition of the wood on the property was extremely poor with a high likelihood that more would need to be replaced. It is against building code to leave rotten damaged wood on a home - especially a home that will be for sale right after the roof is completed. As a real estate broker you should know this and do your due diligence to know the state of the properties you are acquiring. There was clear contract language regarding how wood replacement is priced- and there are written confirmations that you approved the work to move forward regarding the plywood soffits. $10,000 was the contract price for the roof - an estimated additional cost of $4300 for decking replacement for rotten wood- and under the decking was so much rotted framing/trusses which accounted for the difference. There is no way to nail decking into rotten framing. If you are unhappy because you approved plywood soffit on the property - you should have communicated that you wanted a different material. There are text messages where I ask you if replacing it with plywood is okay and you responded "Sounds good." I would be happy to share the screenshots of the approvals & photo reports to any customer who would like to inquire about this interaction. We will always stand behind the quality of our work. It is disappointing to see your feedback expressed in this manner. Looking at a history of reviews you have left for businesses on google- they are mostly negative 1 star reviews which seems characteristic of your response when things don't go exactly as you want.

  Tyson recently came by my home to provide a free roof evaluation, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. He was professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the roof and clearly explained his findings in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated that he wasn’t pushy or trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Instead, he focused on giving an honest assessment and answering all of my questions patiently. It’s refreshing to work with someone who values transparency and customer service. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy to evaluate your roof, I highly recommend Tyson. Great experience from start to finish!

  Off the chart workmanship, honesty, integrity, ethics, and unmatched customer service. I may bore anyone reading this review because I can't run out of nice things to say about this company. My wife and I recently bought a house which had a 22-year-old storm damaged roof. Beyond our desire to protect our home it was imperative to have a new roof installed for insurance. I met with the Sarasota area sales representative, Henry Fouche. Henry is a rare individual these days. Knowledgeable, experienced, patient, and honest to a fault. He started a conference call with the owner Darian, who was even more impressive. Darian took charge and removed every obstacle before us. He dealt with our HOA directly. When our approved shingle color was discontinued, he searched for available existing stock, shipped directly to us, and absorbed the cost. His on-site presence was a marvel to watch. He is cared for the wellbeing of his staff, deftly navigated through the permitting and inspection processes, and finished the job AHEAD of schedule. If you have read this far, please consider Henry and Darian for your future roofing needs. You won't regret the decision.
