We had an outstanding experience working with Rafael and his team at Rebel Roofers in Potomac, MD. Our aging sunroom roof - with two troublesome skylights, had been leaking for over a year, especially during heavy winter snow and stretches of rain. After multiple failed handyman fixes, the damage to our ceiling and walls kept getting worse. A friend referred us to Rafael, and from the very first call he was responsive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He walked us through every issue in detail and clearly explained what needed to be done. Not only did he diagnose the sunroom roof and skylight problems, he also identified several other areas across the roof of our home that were long overdue for repair - pipe boots, vents, chimney flashing, and even our attic fan. Catching these early saved us from likely much bigger headaches down the road. Rafael completed all the work in a single mobilization and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was perfect. We now have a brand‑new TPO membrane system on our sunroom due to a low slope, modern curb‑mounted skylights with built‑in retractable shades, lifetime silicone pipe boots, proper chimney water diversion, and a smart QuietCool attic fan - that has all already improved our home’s ventilation and energy efficiency. With the summer heat rolling in, the difference is noticeable - and best of all, we’re completely leak‑free! Rafael is personable, easy to work with, and clearly takes pride in his craft. The 10‑year workmanship warranty included is just the cherry on top. I highly recommend Rafael and the Rebel Roofers team to anyone looking for quality, honesty, and true peace of mind for your roofing needs.

Dear Andrew, Thank you for your review — we truly appreciate it. It was a pleasure working with you on your roof replacement and gutter installation in Grand Manor, Rockville. We focused on long-term performance by addressing fascia repairs, attic ventilation, airflow, and damaged roof decking — key elements many roofs are missing. Many homes in Rockville develop hidden issues like poor ventilation and weakened decking, which can shorten roof life. I’m glad we were able to correct those and install a system built for durability. Thank you for trusting us with your roof installation, attic venting, skylight work, and gutters. — Rafael Huguet Rebel Roofer

Dear Kevin, Thank you for trusting Rebel Roofer with your roof repair in Bethesda. Areas like chimney flashing and roof vents may seem minor, but they are some of the most common points where roofs begin to fail—so addressing them properly makes a big difference in long-term performance. We’re glad the upgrade to lifetime, non-sealant pipe boots and proper flashing details gave you confidence in the work. Our goal is always to move away from temporary, builder-grade fixes and instead install components that are designed to last and perform through real weather conditions. At Rebel Roofer, we focus on providing clear, owner-led roof evaluations in Bethesda, so homeowners understand exactly what’s happening and what the right solution looks like—whether it’s a targeted roof repair or a full roof replacement. We truly appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to take care of your home.
