  Consumer Beware. Shotty repair and very over priced. You're a opportunist, Jim. Jim has come banging at my door, even to my neighbor's home to intimidate me to take down this Review. He has left messages of threatening legal action. I would not allow him on my property at this point. And will pursue legal action along with BBB complaint against him. Enough Jim!!!! I stand by my Review and have receipts to prove such.

  This is a fake review. We have not performed repairs or any work on this property. I do not know this woman or address. We are perplexed. Why she left such a review for us, no one knows. We tried reaching out by phone but she just would hang up when I called to discuss the matter which we believe to be mistaken identity, we are not the company she dealt with. Being unable to discuss on the phone we decided to go double confirm that we did not know this address, I decided to drive to see it and confirmed we never have been there. I saw her peeking out of her blinds at me so I thought if I met her in person and explained she would realize it was not us who she dealt with, I quietly and politely knocked so I could explain only to be yelled at through her blinds. Couldn't hear what she was yelling but she was acting as if she was under some kind of attack which simply was not the case. I have a witness as well who was driving and when she didn't come to the door and looked angry we left, I never went to a neighbors house either, so that was also made up. This very odd encounter still could not be dealt with by this individual unfortunately, but we wish her the best.   We completed gutter work for this roofing company with approval from the owner, Jim. The job was finished, but after submitting the invoice, communication stopped and payment was never made—despite repeated follow-ups. I initially removed this review after Jim personally assured me payment would be made by a specific date. That date has passed, it’s been over two weeks, and no payment attempt has been made. All further communication has been ignored. Homeowners, be cautious: if a contractor doesn’t pay their subs, your property can be liened—even if you’ve already paid the roofer. Always ask for lien releases from all subcontractors before making final payment. We’ll be escalating through the proper legal channels to recover the unpaid balance. This experience was unprofessional and disappointing.

  Jim the owner talks a good game. And so does his sales manger. Roof was replaced first week of Jan in 2022, still waiting on the chimney cap to be replaced. Have contacted them numerous times about chimney cap received great LIP SERVICE. …

  This was the worst company I have ever dealt with. It has been over 6 months and the issue still has not been solved. Poor installation of new roof with skylights resulted in leaks, fixed one time, still leaked, fixed again, and then a third time. He did send someone on time to come look at the roof, the tech had absolutely no idea he was coming to look at a mold issue. Poor communications between the owner and his employees. Mold developed on ceiling, to which all they did is paint over it, without treating the mold. Jim said it did not need to be treated. He did say he would have someone come look in the attic to make sure there is no mold...we are still waiting for that to happen. Problem started June 6, with first leak. Totally unacceptable, very poor customer service and very poor installation. I did file a complaint with the BBB of Jacksonville, and now I guess I have no choice but to do another follow up with the BBB. Total incompetence with this company. We had been more than patient waiting for the issue to be resolved, to no avail. Untrue to their word. I had to give one star because if I didn't give it any stars, it would not post this review.

  Jim booked his sales team to stay at my short-term rental in Cape Coral after hurricane Ian and never paid the fee for their stay. We allowed them to book directly with us because he seemed like a respectable person and business owner. He put off payment for weeks despite our agreement to pay on arrival and has stopped responding to the requests for payment. This was over a month ago and no word that he is going to do the right thing. I would not recommend Ready Roofing to homeowners in the cape.

This was a dispute over additional fees that we did not agree were fair and we regret that it has led to this misunderstanding but to try and hurt someone's business and name is not fair.   They installed the wrong color shingles....because "insurance paid for it" it didn't matter what we chose...finally we were told that they would make it right..it would take 6 weeks..we have called to inquire as alot of time has gone by.... …

  Worst roofer! After delay after delay. The roof finally started to go on and I felt like I was dealing with the dumbest roofer, stretched the extension cord through the pool. Yes submerged the duct tape cord through water. Told me that they were using plywood and bought particle board, that they left out in the rain! Then put in solar vents and only 1 works. still waiting on drip edge to be fixed because they nailed through it. Still waiting on repairs to be done! Owner will not return calls. And my sales man that I was dealing with is no longer there. Guess it is hard to keep employees when you have poor management! PLEASE DO NOT USE!

  Ready Roofing, LLC made a stressful, time-sensitive roof replacement process incredibly smooth.   Jeremy came out to the house, his crew was great, very efficient and respectful. They did a great job and most importantly did a great job cleaning up at the end of the job as well. I hopefully won’t need another roof very soon, but if I did I would certainly call Jeremy and Ready roofing again!
