  Had terrible experience with this roofer. Walked in unsolicited and misled me from day one. The only intention was to make profit. Very unprofessional from the beginning. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Work with them at your own risk. One advise, if you see ready roofing sales people knock at your doors. Slam the door shut on them.

  This individually signed a legally binding contract with our company, then came back after Ready got the roof replacement approved with insurance and said "Never mind. I don't care what I signed. You can do the work for this cheap price with me not paying the deductible (illegal) or you don't get the business." He posted this negative review after our company pursued him legally to recover our costs.

  Superintendent had not been on a roof to inspect the installation in 10 years per his own admission. No new metal flashing was installed per verbal agreement - reinstalled existing rusted flashing on new roof. Was supposed to install lead vent pipe sleeves but they also didn't show up in the truck so they spray painted the PVC pipe gray. I demanded they install the sleeves per our agreement. Multiple exposed nail heads in the composition shingles that were not covered with sealant. 1st rain - leaks in roof at the furnace and hot water flue penetrations that had to be corrected which they did once I requested it. Damaged gutters and leaf screen during installation which I had to correct. Damaged roofing felt underlayment and critical edge condition left unrepaired and discovered when I was repairing leaf screen damage. Still finding old roofing nails after 5 years later in my driveway after the install. Flashing paint needs to be applied again 5 years later. Had rodent entry where roofer pushed back flashing creating a hole in wall under the soffit which I had to correct. Would not recommend Ready Roofing to anyone.

  Two middle men, a roofer and lies about permits. 120% mark up. I could not be more disappointed. While the sales person in person was polite, he did lie to me about the need for a permit, which was the justification for $1000 fee. The roofer came and left in 20 minutes and there was no inspector. This made me look up permits pulled on my home and there was not one pulled. When i then tried to understand what i was charged $1000 for I learned a lot about this business. Permits are required for work over $500 in Dallas. I wanted to know why he didnt pull one. He told me contractors dont pull them because they "open up a can of worms" - no. I was very clear about wanting to ensure everything on my home was by the book. So either he was required to pull a permit because this was a $1000 job and he didnt OR he knew this was not $1000 job and he didnt have to pull one. I asked for a detailed cost breakdown and this is where i learned that you pay for 2 middle men. After calling other roofers i learned the cost of my repair was around $400-$500 dollars - my fault for not checking and expecting a fair price, perhaps expensive, but not 120% over value. He broke down exactly where the money went bc they were not supplying a bill. $325 for the actual roofer, $200 for materials (a GROSS overvalue, they sent me a picture of the materials and it is certainly not $200) then $222 for the sales guy that lied about the permit, and $253 for the owner. He had the audacity to tell me that 120% mark up was not enough and he actually should have charged more - the first response of someone being accused of unfair practices - no it wasn't you that lost out it was me.... This place sub-contracts, find yourself an actual roofer. Being expensive is one thing, but this is a totally different ordeal. I learned an expensive lesson about bids - but they out right lied to me about what i was paying for and did not deliver what they sold. And to make it very clear about my intentions in this re

  I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had working with a roofing company from start to finish. I’ve worked with other roofers before who didn’t fully complete the job but still charged me, so I was nervous going into this process. Ready Roofing & Solar completely changed that experience for me. James Way was absolutely instrumental in making sure everything was done correctly and thoroughly. He took the time to answer every question I had, explained the entire process in simple, easy-to-understand terms, and never once made me feel rushed or like I was asking a dumb question. He was professional, personable, patient, and truly an asset to the company. He represents Ready Roofing & Solar incredibly well. He helped guide me through the insurance process, made sure I had everything I needed together, and walked with me through every step. I especially appreciated how meticulous he was about the details, from explaining the materials being used to making sure I understood my options and felt comfortable giving feedback and asking questions. I know there are way more people who helped me along the process that I didn't get to meet, or met briefly and due to my poor recall forget their names. So shout out to the entire team who helped me! On the day the roof was replaced, the crew worked incredibly fast and did an amazing job. They replaced my entire roof, including the decking, were respectful of my property, and cleaned up all debris before leaving. Honestly, you wouldn’t have even known they had been there except for the fact that I now have a beautiful brand-new roof that people keep complimenting. I’m genuinely grateful I found this company. The whole experience felt less like dealing with a contractor and more like having someone trustworthy guide me through a stressful process. I never felt alone or overwhelmed. I highly recommend Ready Roofing & Solar, and I would absolutely use them again in the future.

  Jonathan and Erik were excellent in their approach of working with my insurance company and communicating often whenever there was an update. After 16 months of discussions with my insurance company they received approval once they contested the insurance companies findings by hiring a mediator for a third party opinion. Once they started the job and completed it in just over a day and 1/2 the roof and guttering looked spectacular. Very efficient and the clean up was so good you never would have thought a new roof was just installed. Their follow up was the very best in keeping me aware of next steps and when a replacement shed and damaged screens would be installed. This was the best experience I have ever had with a roofing company who took the time to do a great job and make you feel like you had someone in the family working for you. Superb job!!

  I highly recommend Ready Roofing & Solar for their excellent workmanship and professional service. Our roof replacement was completed beautifully, and we have received many compliments from neighbors and passersby about the color and quality of the installation. The finished roof truly enhanced the appearance of our home. I would especially like to recognize Johnathan Ibarra, our consultant, who has been outstanding from start to finish.
