  After 3 attempts to get someone back to clean up the hydraulic fluid left on my driveway. I was told by Scott Gunter 3 weeks ago it would be taken care of. I am still picking up roofing nails that were carelessly left all in my yard by the workers. I had to have a tire fixed from roofing nails left everywhere as well. I was told that I would receive a check for my tire to be repaired. NO CHECK YET! I would not recommend RCS at all. Very unprofessional.

  I’d love to write a review of the quality of work they perform, but I can’t even get an estimate! I tried contacting this company way back around October 4th and only got a full voice mail the first few times, so figuring they were real busy due to the hurricane, I just waited a couple of weeks since my house damage wasn’t hindering my way of life. So tried again twice in October 18th still no answer and then again on October 21st, now I got a lady to answer. She stated they were real busy and wouldn’t even be able to come to my house to give an estimate until November 13th. I told her that’s fine, I’ve waited this long and really wanted to use them since I heard their ad on Kicks 99, set it up and I waited. My appointment was for 8:30 a.m. and the morning of at 7:39, Cody the estimator, text me asking was it ok to move the time to 10 a.m. again I said that’s fine. He showed up right at 10 and I met him in the yard and walked him to the damaged corner of my house. He looked at it with the tarp covering the damages and asked, do you have pictures of the damages, I said yes and was asked to text them to him and he’d get me an estimate by end of week. Now here we are, a full week later, I’ve texted Cody and was told I’d have an estimate in a bit, then called when I still didn’t get an estimate, was told by another lady, she’d have him contact me and I have yet to hear from anybody. I probably wouldn’t be this upset, because I know they are busy, if just some kind of communication would have occurred. I did all that waiting, for absolutely nothing! Heck, I could have emailed, or texted the pictures way back on October 21st. Very disappointed!

  They are still actively advertising but no idea why. I sent in no less than 3 online requests for quotes for a new ROOF, WINDOWS, and GUTTERS. I finally called and left a message and received a call from Michael. We talked thru my needs and he asked for the inspection from the insurance company. I sent it that day 11/01/24 and followed up on 11/06/24. ZERO response. I still here them advertising on the radio every day but I wonder why. I am very disappointed in this company and cannot recommend them. We are under contract with another local company.

  No call no show. I have an email sent to my husband under the name “Raysor” with our confirmed appointment for today at 8:30 am. I called last week and spoke to someone to tell them we signed with another roofer, but asked if we could keep the appointment for an estimate to replace all of our windows and siding. The guy said yes. I called today when no one showed and the man I spoke to said our info is in the system, but we’re not on the schedule. He was very nice, but I’m genuinely angry because I missed work and my company’s Christmas luncheon for this and my job is an hour away. I didn’t ask to get put back on the schedule because canceling an appointment without notifying a potential customer is bad practice.

  We found Scott by accident. We were looking for a roofer to certify it for solar then we asked about gutters. He said of course I do. His crew was very nice and cordial. Scott Gunter was awesome to work with. He followed up making sure the project was completed to satisfaction. He is easy to talk to and I would certainly call him for future jobs

  Just had a roof replacement today. Great job! Flashing was excellent. IKO Dynasty shingles look great. Crew cleaned up the yard very well. Just a little trouble communicating but we overcame it with a translation app. Couldn't be more pleased with the job overall. Best price among 4 estimates.

  RCS ROOFING Company replaced my old, damaged, weather beaten roof. The team, from management to the workers who installed the roof was very professional in their interaction with me. I am very pleased with my new roof. It has been 2 weeks since my new roof and I have not removed the RCS Roofing Company sign from my front lawn as advertisement to all who drive down my street.

  Scott Gunter has been SO great throughout the process of getting this new roof. We originally inquired because we are considering solar on our home. We had met with a few companies and Scott was honest, efficient, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about our project even knowing that the solar would be installed later. His team showed up when I went to work and were gone by the time I got home with no. There was no debris left in my yard or evidence that they were even there other than the brand new roof. Scott also was able to provide insight for another future project in the works. RCS is more than a roofing company and they will definitely have my business in the future when we are ready to add our deck. I appreciated that Scott was enthusiastic about our future project, and incredibly personable. The cost/financing solution is definitely worth the professionalism and business provided.

  Great experience, couldn’t be more happier with Anthony and RCS Roofing. He got the roof approval and installed right after it was approved. Great service and the roof looks great, the roof crew was friendly and worked quickly, Anthony answered all of our questions timely and was a great help.

  RCS did a great job in repairing the vinyl siding on my home and a small area of my shed's roof that was damaged by Huricane Helene. Scott was very knowledgeable and personable. The two guys Nathan and Roger who came out to do the repair were great as well. I definitely recommend this company.

  My experience was what I would hope an insurance claim and necessary replacement would be. Geoff and Adam were both very attentive before and after the day of install, and for the install itself. No complaints from me. I would recommend RCS to friends, family, and neighbors. Worked very well with the insurance company. Seemed almost too good to be true, but the new roof is on and we're satisfied. 👍👍

  Great job! Due to Hurricane Helene, we were in need of roof replacement. They were very quick to get us on the calendar, and the entire crew were very professional. Even our neighbor is using RCS!
