  I hired Rapid Roofing to replace the roof on a section of my house. I enjoyed working with Lee, my sales rep, and the install crew was decent. Although I did experience what another reviewer mentioned of nails and cigarette butts being left in my driveway. I can understand missing a few nails during cleanup, but leaving cigarette butts is just plain unprofessional. Anyways, the install happened a lot faster than other companies I quoted, which was a plus. The issue I ran into is that after the roof was installed, a portion of it was damaged (no fault of Rapid Roofing) and I need to get it repaired before other renovations can happen. That's when I was sent to Dale, the service manager. He had a crew come out to look at it. They said it was an easy fix, but needed to bring materials and I had to call Dale to schedule it. Dale told me they would be out by end of week. They never showed and Dale wouldn't return my calls. I called the office, left him voicemails, reached out to my sales rep....nothing. What is going on at this company that they can't return a call and schedule a simple repair? Now I have to find another company to come do the repairs. The lack of follow through on a simple repair for a customer that just spent $10k on a roof replacement shows a serious disregard for customer experience. Is this how they would handle a warranty repair as well? If so, their sales pitch of a 50 year warranty is useless. I see this as a failure of management and it unfortunately makes the entire company look bad. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for roofing installs or repairs.

  The work was done on my home in Detroit. I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the inspection and the explanation of requirements that I wasn't aware of and unanticipated costs. Finance arrangements were good with a very reasonable interest rate and terms. Communication was thorough. The installation was done in one day by a hard working, respectful team.

  Excellent experience from start to finish. From the initial estimate to the final clean-up, everything was top notch. Crew was thorough, conscientious and very professional. Dominic was outstanding as the leader of the team. I highly recommend!!

  Rapid Roofing put roofing on our house and garage 20 years ago with quality materials and service. This time our neighbors tree hit our garage during a storm which was damaged. Rapid Roofing came out, gave us a fair price with high quality material we used before. The crew came out and did a superior job replacing it and not leaving any debris or nails on the ground.   Excellent job with metal roof install. Even more difficult as they had to coordinate with separate insulation company - took off roof deck and foam-sealed from the backside of the ceiling. This took significant coordination. They were also willing to follow-up on the small remaining items on the punch-list when the project was done.
