🚩Beware this company does not stand by their warranty or guarantee! Reached out weeks ago on several occasions about issues with the work that Andrew has done. He has ignored all calls, texts, emails and has blocked me. Terrible customer service and quality of work. It was honestly a half job and I paid thousands out of pocket which he never came back to finish!

I could say a lot about my overall experience….but I don’t have the time. To sum it up, I ended up hiring someone else to fix and finish the work that he was paid over $15k to do. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied! Ignored me …

Mrs. Love, I’m sorry to hear that you are disappointed however the work you paid for outlined in our contract that you signed was completed. The contract also contains your warranty information. Unfortunately I can’t control the quality of a product you purchased online. I still attempted to help resolve the problem. They installed the new roof and all the rotten wood we’ve had a hole in our roof that leaked for a couple years now they fixed it in one day and was very professional. I highly recommend Andrew for any roofing and home repair needs.

Ram Renovations just completed a metal roof replacement on our shop and did a fantastic job. His price was extremely fair, and we could not be happier with the work Andrew and his crew did. We will absolutely use them again, and recommend them to others.

If you are looking to do home renovations or repairs, you owe it to yourself to call RAM. They replaced my roof in one day! Andrew responded to my call very quickly and gave an estimate to repair or replace our shingles. The price he quoted to replace the shingles was a nobrainer for me! Thank You Andrew and crew for an excellent experience, and to Lynette,(hope I spelled name correctly) for all your help.

Mr. ANDREW came out and looked at our house one time gave me the measurements and looked at my roof and we decided to get a new roof so ihe came out a second time looked at it measured it and we measured for a 12 x 20 porch put a roof on our house and the front porch put floors down in our house and new windows and they did an excellent job. I left them here No by watching and they were great guys that clean up the mess All the trash and was very respectful to us as customers and I’m willing to put them back to work and recommend them to anybody. I see me and my wife love the porch. They even put a fan in a big window in there in my house is screened in porch and they did a great excellent job.
