  From my personal experience, I would not recommend for interior or exterior house renovations. The quality of work done was subpar. Additionally, I had numerous issues with quotes and invoices and the customer service was terrible. In response to the company: I had them complete 3 jobs on our house outside of the water damage that I had an insurance claim for. The first job was garage door painting and side door painting. Our garage doors are not finished to this day. When they completed the painting job, I reached out about a missed spot and they said they would come back out and fix it. That has never happened. The second job was redoing our deck. After they completed the job they told me they didn’t put all the screws in to save us money because they figured my husband could do it. We have a loose board still. I never reached out about this because they never came back for the garage door. The third job was painting our brick. In which I did reach out because they got white paint on our brand new siding. They did come out and fix that after the fact. My issue with that job is that when I received the invoice it had charges for stuff that had not been completed and would be completed when we had our front door installed (we were planning to use them for that). When I reached out, it was stated that they left it on there but just wouldn’t charge us when they did it in the future. I asked them to remove it and they did. All of this happened aside from the issue with the water damage in which I had issues with my insurance company. They had shortfalls there too (to include some rude text messages), but I’d give them the benefit of the doubt due to insurance. After all the above work was completed, we did use their services for our water damage, but that’s because they claimed they were experts with insurance companies and would help us out. Also I was extremely overwhelmed with a baby on the way and black mold growing in our house. So we did use them and I strongly

  Mrs. Kautz, I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the services provided by our company. The one thing that I don't understand is how you were so unhappy with the work that you asked us to do multiple additional jobs along the way and we were never given any lists of things to correct. If something small needed fixed or adjusted along the way it was taken care of. Your insurance company and adjuster sent out did you a serious injustice as a customer of there company in the way they handled your insurance claim. We were unable to do the proper work on some of the things because we kept waiting for approval from the insurance company. Anyway, there is much more to the whole story that I would be glad to do what I can to make it right with you if you would give me a call.   Left multiple messages for this company, attempting to schedule them for a quote. They couldn't even be bothered enough to return the calls. Don't waste your time.

  Recently had Quality replace my roof and really appreciate the amazing work they do! They are experts at the claims process and were there to answer questions and help facilitate the claim. They installed the roof within a week after we called them. Last and very importantly, they thoroughly cleaned up the yard after. They showed up exactly when they said they would, the quality of the work was immaculate, the people were a joy to work with, and for a very reasonable cost. We got some heavy rain the weekend after it was installed and I was so happy with the work they did. I highly recommend!

  Five Star is definitely a 5 star business. They were very quick with a fair quote and did a wonderful job cleaning the exterior of our home. Punctual, professional and reasonable. Highly recommend.

  We had wind damage from all the storms here in Dayton and Gregg came out gave me a very reasonable quote. Got his guys out here right away fix my roof. They were all amazing to work with. I would highly recommend them if I could give them more than five stars I would.

  This company and it's employees fantastic. We would hire them and again and recommend them to anyone. Everyone was courteous, friendly, the guys who did the roofing cleaned up their mess and our new roof and gutters look fabulous.

  Andy, Jeremy, and Julio did an amazing job replacing our storm door! Our old storm door was in pretty bad shape. Whoever originally installed it left gaps for water to get in and an open seam at the bottom, that let that water soak into the wood. They replaced everything (door, metal, and all the wood surrounding the door) in one shot, it looks amazing, and it's fully sealed without any gaps. I really wish I took some pictures before they worked on it because it really looked like crap and it looks fantastic now. I called a couple companies/contractors who didn't even want to come out to quote me because it was too small of a job and I was getting nervous because I knew it wasn't in good shape. It's such a relief to have it done and done really well.

  Quality Exterior got rid of the old roof on our new house, put new wood under it and installed new shingles incredibly fast, and it looks great. I couldn't have asked for a better roofing company to protect our new home. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing a new roof for their home around Dayton, Ohio.
