  Have to edit my review, part of the contract with this owner is you have to leave perfect review which he does it with you at payment. I was happy at the time roof looked nice but now in the past 3 years I’m on my 3rd leak. This company was taken over by Scott bower roofing who I spoke with after first leak and did come over to honor warranty for first leak but did a quick silicone repair on nail head. For second leak early 2026 and third leak July of 2026 I can’t get an answer from coveralls or Scott bower roofing! No one will answer the phone or answer voicemails. Now on my second claim with gaf that luckily honors the warranty but ceiling damage is on me. New roof leaks worse in 3 years than the 23 year roof that I replaced. Definitely would not recommend

  I couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone..it would ring three times and disconnect. Hope you get lines open soon! After reading reviews maybe it's just as well☺️

  As of 10/31/22, I have not received an receipt for services rendered. I paid owner of Coveralls over $11k. I need a receipt/warranty for services paid in full. Consumers Beware: Customer Service is Everything!!! Respect is Everything!!! First, I would like to say the roofer and gutter installers were excellent. Roofers came at 6am and completed their job by 6pm. Very nice and professional men. They did a great job cleaning up too. Gutter installers very nice and professional. We also had work some ceiling patch work done in our on suite. Young lady was nice, did the job, but didn’t have booties for her feet. We just got our carpet cleaned and that alarmed me. Their was a lot of traveling back and forth, up and down my stairs with no nothing to cover her dirty shoes. The main reason for this low review is due to the poor customer service I received from the owner Ken and his wife Letty. When I asked for and invoice/estimate of services I received the worst type of DISRESPECT I’ve ever experienced in my life. It took 2days to receive a list of services with no dollar amount. Then when I explained that other roofers provided estimate/amounts, I was told that’s not how they work. Ken responded to me via email on all caps and exclamation points. When I spoke to him and his wife on the phone , both of them yelled at me the entire conversation. It wasn’t until my husband over heard the convo that he asked them to lowered their tone that they calmed down. I truly did not understand why all the disrespect for asking for an invoice. We spent over $11k with this company. I wish we had went with someone that values and respect their customers. There was another review in 2013 that share the same experience. Never Again!!!!!

  We live in a quiet neighborhood. A neighbor hired this outfit. They showed up in the morning and almost immediately the crew began blasting loud music from on top of the roof. It continued into the evening. Don't know anything about their work quality, but the noise was unprofessional and rude.

  In the 13 years since Coveralls installed my siding, I have had to reinstall sections of the soffit mire times than I can count. Has to be some of the worst craftsmanship I have ever seen. Unfortunately, Google doesn't allow zero stars.

  This has been 13 years ago.. You never once called for a service!..also multiple storms has happend. Eg .tornadoes..2019...prior hail..multiple wind storms!.. This is unfair.review..siding was done 13 years ago...and you never called office for service problems!!..last..your labor warranty expired..(.13 years ago......labor warranty expired..10 years after the fact.)..if you would have called in.we would have serviced you!!..thier is a difference from poor workman ship..and storm related!...again in 13 years you never called the office!! We would have corrected the problem!!

  The team arrived on time. Prepared to go to work. Worked effectively all day. The entire team cleaned up the work site before leaving. I am very impressed with the workers and their ability to get the job done in one day. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a roofing team!

  We hired this company 2 years ago and we have been very happy with not only their work on our roof, but how the owner has gone out of his way to give us advice and great customer service. We have been very pleased with them.
