  They do not drive anywhere. They couldn't drove 50 minutes to come look at shingles. Sounded like it was a waste of time. I drive the drive every single day with toddlers. Its not bad at all. Wish they would have just come look. Mind you we got 90mph winds! Their representative did not even know if I needed to be home or not. Told me they would call me 40 minutes before. Called 2 hours before because the drive was inconvenient.

  Had an inspection performed to repair a flat roof on a carport and was told I should expect the estimate either that day or the next. A week later I called to ask about this and was advised my name was spelled wrong on the email, and that they were going to resend it. Received the estimate and called the next day to accept the price and sign a contract. Was told to again, expect the contract and documents same day or the next. Another week later I called and was advised my email was still not updated and sent to the wrong place again. Asked about adding an additional item to the repair to which I was told yes it would add a small price increase to which I agreed, then was sent a "new" estimate which did not include this addition. I reached out to my contact again and have not heard back since. In the meantime I have a new company that has performed an inspection, provided an estimate, signed a contract and the work is scheduled all in the same time it took All Around to get me an estimate. It does not help the emails come from do-not-reply@.... but at the end they state "Reply directly to this email to respond." Company may do great repairs, I don't know but their infrastructure and organization do not reflect it. Would not recommend unless you want to babysit every step of the process.

  Do NOT use All Around Roofing. The owner is rude. They were paid almost $2000 for work that was never done or was done very shoddily. Repeated requests were made for photos--they were never received. Promises that the work would be made right were never followed through with. The other roofers that were paid to go up, fixed the issue, provided photos and were prompt and courteous.

  These guys are real pros. After the repairs were done on my rental house I got work scheduled for my primary. Competitive pricing, great at communicating and providing cost options. Will definitely be using their services in the future

  After contacting the owners of the company regarding a leak, Andrew was out the following day to assess the repairs that needed to be done. I promptly received an estimate and the work was completed to my satisfaction in a timely manner. Andrew was very clear in explaining what needed to be done and his recommendations and I was very pleased with the cost of the repairs.

  Following A Powerfully Severe Wind/Rain Storm, My House And Out Buildings Were Left So Damaged That They Required A Complete Strip Down And ReRoofing. Including Gutters Downspouts and Leaf guards. Fred And Joel (All Around Roofing) Came To Our Rescue Immediately Assessing The Damage And (Although They Were Very Busy With Multiple Clients) Jumped Into Action!! Within 24 Hours, They Put "Boots On The Roof" And Before Long Our Home Was Given A Professional Makeover. Through The Entire Process, Any And All Of My Concerns Were Cheerfully Addressed.
