  AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! BE AWARE! I regret ever choosing this roofing company. I paid over $20,000 for what I was told would be a high-quality, long-lasting roof, but just two years later, it’s already failing. I’m dealing with leaks, and the shingles are literally falling apart. This is completely unacceptable, they refused to fix the problem. What’s even worse is their response or lack of one. After reaching out multiple times, they’ve refused to take responsibility or fix the issues. The customer service has been terrible: dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to stand behind their work. The materials they used are clearly cheap and low quality, despite what was promised. I feel like I’ve completely wasted my money. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere unless you want to deal with the same frustration and costly problems. AGAIN AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! BE AWARE!

  Fake review. We have never worked for anyone by this name. This is not the first fake review we have had and certainly won’t be the last. Google stated that they will be conducting a full investigation.

  Extremely Disappointed — awful Customer Service and Serious Roof Issues. I spent a lot of money on a roof through this company, and my experience has been incredibly frustrating. In my experience, the customer service has been awful, especially when trying to get help after problems started appearing. Not long after installation, about a year after I began dealing with leaks and parts of the roof appearing to fall apart, which has been extremely stressful and expensive to manage. I expected much better quality considering the amount I paid, but they have very low quality materials and thats the main problem. I also felt disappointed with how warranty concerns were handled, as it did not provide the support or coverage I expected based on what they say they guarantee, do not trust they do not provide warranty when you really need it. To make matters worse, my insurance company has raised concerns about the roof condition and quality and is now requesting replacement work. Based on my experience, I would urge potential customers to do extensive research and avoid this roofing company at all cost and be aware. Don't trust the good reviews, they are all fake made by robots, trust the bad reviews they are the only one accurate, they always say the bad reviews are fake but in fact the good reviews are fake, do not trust their good reviews, this company is a total nightmare and are screwing customers over. I lost my home insurance because of this company, please do not waste your time and money, just avoid this roofing company at all cost.

  They had a rep vandalize my roof so my insurance would cover it!! Now my insurance won’t cover the roof and is telling me if I don’t replace it they are going to drop me

  When I requested an estimate from this company, they only wanted to work with my insurance company. l couldn't understand if I wanted to pay for a new roof why they couldn't give me an estimate. Regardless whether they work with the insurance company or not I should be able to make that choice with an estimate. They would not grant my request.

  DryTech Exteriors did a fantastic job on our roof repair. Hugo, the project manager, was kind, professional, and communicated excellently throughout the process — he even stayed responsive while he was on vacation, which really impressed us. The crew showed up on time and cleaned up thoroughly after the work was done. What we appreciated most was that they didn’t try to oversell us on unnecessary work. They were straightforward and honest about what actually needed to be done. Highly recommend DryTech Exteriors if you’re looking for a roofing company you can trust.

  When my DriTech salesman, Matt Sortman showed up at my house he was very polite and professional. When the installation crew showed up they also were professional, quick, and left the jobsite clean. Overall a very smooth interaction from start to finish. I would use this company again.

  Had a roof leak with recent weather. Matt Jessee came out and surveyed the potential leak with me. Having not found its potential source he was nice enough to say. “Just call me the next time it rains and I’ll come take a look”. He left me his card and a handshake. Great experience…thank you Matt.

  From start to finish, DryTech Exteriors exceeded my expectations. Matt, Carlos, and the entire crew did a stellar job replacing the roof and gutters on my 1937 home. Throughout the process, they were professional, responsive, and took the time to explain every detail. They provided a detailed estimate, answered all of my questions promptly, and scheduled the project quickly. The crew worked incredibly hard, putting in more than a 14-hour day in the summer heat to complete the roof in one day. Their workmanship, attention to detail, and work ethic were impressive. The cleanup was thorough, and they kept me informed throughout the project. I couldn’t be happier with both the customer service and the finished product. The new roof looks beautiful, and I have confidence knowing it was installed correctly. I highly recommend DryTech Exteriors to anyone looking for a professional, honest, and hardworking roofing company.

  Let me start by saying the entire experience of having my roof, fascia, soffits, and gutters for the first time ever was like a walk in the park thanks to DryTech, from their sales team to the installers (who went above and beyond due to an unexpected yellow jacket nest behind the fascia). I would recommend this company to anyone looking to replace any of the mentioned above, truly thank you.

  The Roofing crew came out and everyone was very professional and very efficient. Completely took off all the old roof down to the original board and put on new boards in a new roof shingles. They did all of that and was out of here by 3 PM. They cleaned up everything and the crew was very nice to talk to. Had two crew supervisors here that were very good at keeping track and helping me along the way of knowing where they were in there job completion time. When they first stripped off the shingles that is when they found the boards were bad and had to replace them. But even with the extra work, the crew was very easy-going and just wanted to do the job effectively. You could tell that they took pride and what they did.

  I highly recommend Dry Tech. They return phone calls very quickly. They replaced our roof about 5 years ago. Recently we had a leak. They immediately came out and could not find anything that was wrong with the roof. Matt came out and finally sent a team to simulate a rainstorm to find the leak. It turned out to be a siding issue, not a roof issue. They caulking a gap in the siding for us. I feel they value their customers.

  DryTech Exteriors is top notch! We had to replace our roof, and the timing could not have been worse. Matt came out and was extremely thorough regarding the company, the products used and the entire process. He always answered my emails and calls immediately, and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. Matt made this process not feel so overwhelming or out of reach. He was by our side from start to finish and always made himself available no matter what. Thank you to the crew that did the work... Our new roof looks fantastic! Thank you, Matt for all your hard work and always going the extra mile to put us at ease.   I have nothing but nice things to say about my experience with DryTech. The project manager, Andrew, was very professional and responsive, and pricing was fair and transparent. The actual roof installation was done in a day, and the crew did a great job with clean up. If you need a new roof, they’re the place to go to!
