  Quality Built Service LLC was a terrible company to deal with. The project was mishandled, poorly communicated, and left incomplete. We were misled about what would be done, charged more along the way, and still did not get the work finished properly. To make matters worse, damage was caused during the job, and management refused to take responsibility. The company may look professional from the outside, but in our experience the service, accountability, and integrity were awful. I would not recommend them to anyone.

  Absolutely do not recommend Quality Built Service LLC. This company may look professional on the surface with branded clothes and a polished presentation folder, but our experience was the exact opposite of professional. The way this project was handled was disorganized, misleading, and completely lacking in accountability. Our initial project was vinyl siding, and from the beginning we had also discussed the soffits. We moved forward and paid about $14,500 for the first project, expecting the work would cover what had been discussed and what the house actually needed. Instead, the first project was completed without the soffits being done, even though that had been part of the conversation. That alone was already extremely frustrating. Then, after the first project, we basically had to swallow the pill and pay another $6,000 to have the soffits done. So after already paying around $14.5k, we paid thousands more because we wanted the job finished properly. And even after paying that additional amount, they still did not do the soffits. That is completely unacceptable. We ended up paying far more than expected and still did not get what we paid for. To make matters worse, Antonio, the salesperson, said during the initial project discussion that based on his experience, he did not foresee any additional expenses. But within the first 5 minutes of the installers arriving, we were told we suddenly needed to pay another $2,000 for wood they claimed was needed. That tells me the initial inspection was either poorly done or not done thoroughly at all. A competent company should know what a project requires before giving customers confidence that no major extra costs are expected. Communication throughout this entire process was awful. There was poor coordination, poor follow-through, and constant confusion about what was actually being done.   Mr. Eric and Quality Built Service did an amazing job. Mr. Eric had a very open line of communication throughout the whole process and provided thorough details. They offered flexible options and completed the job from preparation to clean up in one day. Would highly recommend.

  Jason Melton was very professional and keep me informed throughout the whole process. The team that came and performed the roof replacement was also very professional and polite. The clean up afterwards was terrific. I highly recommend roof your replacement.

  What a great experience! A truck ran into the side of my building and Quality Built Services did an excellent job repairing the damage. With Rachel’s expertise we navigated the difficult world of insurance claims. She was patient, professional and knowledgeable of the insurance process.
