I reserve the right to change my rating. Pyramid has been rated Best of Omaha many years in a row. So I contacted them to see about a roof repair. They said they would be in touch in a few days. It's been (2) two weeks now. I'm hoping someone sees this and contacts me. I'm willing to give them a second chance. We shall see!

Rich and his team did a wonderful job replacing my old roof. I was updated all the way through from the estimate to the completion of the project. The cleanup around the yard when completed was so thorough that I could barely see where the ladders had been placed. Will recommend to everyone.

The entire process of working with Pyramid Roofing was great. Brandon was incredibly easy and honest to work with and was not pushy in selling us a roof. He simply explained the process and offered Pyramid’s service, nothing more nothing less. He was prompt with information and updates. Pyramid was the most cost effective by several thousand dollars, workmanship was quick, the crew did a fantastic job and their cleanup was more than adequate. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks again Brandon and Pyramid!
