  Martina, We are sorry you feel that way... We take pride in the workmanship our company provides to all of our customers and sometimes in order to do the jobs correctly it is not a cheap process. Our rates are very competitive with other local companies and your other quotes might not have included the same specifications we quoted. Hopefully you can find the right contractor you can work with.

  Gave us a completely ridiculous price for a roof on our new construction home of $25,000-30,000....The salesman was also rather nasty to my husband when he ask them why it was so expensive compared to other quotes and he replied, "If you have somebody willing to put it on for less you better hire them today because that's not going to happen". Thankfully another company did an AMAZING job for half the price including lifetime warranty HD architectural shingles. Apparently our roof was a little too complicated and they didn't want to bother with it so they gave us an outlandish quote. I guess if you live in a 12 sq. foot home with a 6/12 pitch then they have you covered, but if you need a quote on an over 5500sq foot home with 6/12, 10/12, and 12/12 pitches it is a little out of the comfort zone.

I feel you have posted a review on the wrong company I have researched and can not find any documents with your information showing we quoted you a price. Please review the company you are posting about I do not believe you have the correct company.   Disappointed. These guys gave my mom a quote to change her roof and I expected them to be reasonable since they don’t have flashy advertising. I was wrong of the three quotes we got from local companies they were almost 3x the price. I won’t be suggesting them to any of my friends. I know one star seems harsh but mom said the salesman made her feel uncomfortable too.

  The receptionist at this place of business is in need of customer service training & phone etiquette in a professional setting. Extremely rude for the front line and first impression of your business.

  Have called 3 times in the last 3 weeks and no one has returned my call. Their front desk staff is in need of serious customer service training. One would think an estimate for an entire new roof would be a priority but that is not the case with this company. If they can't even be reached for a simple estimate who knows how long they would have taken to get back with me should I have an issue after the roof job.

  Our normal business hours are Monday Thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Our office staff some times takes lunch from 12:00 to1:00 . Please call during normal business hours and our staff will be glad to get your information so we can get you a roof estimate. We have been in business for over 25 years and I can assure you we take care of our customers.

  I contacted them to perform a roof inspection for a warranty claim. I found them to be very responsive, easy to work with, and honest in expectations. Sid, who did the inspection was thorough and great at explaining what he would be doing. Jace provided the report the very next day. Impressive when you consider I was in contact with three other roofers, that either would never call me back or call back days later. One was even using an AI phone auto attendant to screen calls that would not connect you to a person. I left a message with no call back from them. Based on my experience thus far, I would recommend them for the simple reason they communicate with their customers, and are polite and professional.

  I needed a roof inspection and replacement estimate. Jace Howell was very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. In these times, getting someone of quality to show up on time, and have the necessary answers was great. When I am ready to have the work done, these folks are at the top of my list.
