  We take feedback like this seriously and want to clarify a few important points The scope of work for this project did not include a full redeck. As is standard in roofing, decking was replaced only where deterioration was present and necessary to properly install the roofing system. In addition, a significant portion of the sub fascia and fascia was replaced and painted as part of the project. We always recommend full redecking when appropriate, but ultimately proceed based on the agreed scope and customer approval. Our team has been serving the community for over 40 years, and we stand behind our workmanship. Our warranty covers installation-related issues, and we are always willing to inspect and address concerns when given the opportunity. However, once additional work is performed on the roof by third parties, it can affect both the system and warranty coverage. We remain open to discussing this situation directly and working toward a resolution.

  Unfortunately, the roof repair did not meet my expectations. The gutters are still loose in some places, and the alignment looks uneven. During the next rainfall, I noticed the same drainage issues as before. The work did not appear professional, and the job felt rushed. I also had difficulty getting clear updates about the progress. For the amount charged, the quality is far below standard. I regret hiring this service and would not recommend it to others looking for dependable roof repairs.

  I needed a free roof inspection. I called on Friday and they showed up on Tuesday. Very easy to work with. Most importantly they didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I highly recommend them.

  Very professional company went over with us in detail on the work that needed to be done and showed us detailed photos of the roof damage. Gave us an estimate and then added a nice discount which as seniors we appreciated. The work was accomplished in one day as promised. After the work was complete, we were given before and after pictures and many photos of the work being done. Very much appreciated - I've never seen or heard of that. Excellent job at a fair price.

  Definitely a trustworthy business. I called them yesterday and they arrived same day to quote the project I needed. They provided pictures of the problems going on with my roof. They completed the job today and provided follow up images of the work that was done. I will be recommending their services to family and friends.

  Very professional. On time. I used them for a ladder assist. They were able to get me where I needed to safely and even used a drone for pictures of the roof we inspected.
