I called this company to come out to give me an estimate for a slate roof repair. The appt had to be rescheduled for a time I wasn’t home because someone called out last minute. That’s fine, it happens. So they supposedly came out on a Monday, but I never heard from them afterwards. I called the following Monday to inquire about my estimate. Apparently my email address was spelled wrong.... okay. Well I guess that happens too. The person who answered the phone said she would pass this along the to the guy who did my estimate so he could resend the email. 5 days later, still no email. I’ve tried to call multiple times the last two days, but no one ever answers the phone anymore. Needless to say, I’ll be giving my business to someone more reliable.

Matt stayed in contact with me about the job and the possibility of reschedule if the weather was bad it held out and he was there at 930 the time we agreed on. They set up and went to work, worked in the heat to have the majority of the work done the same day.Came back right on time the next day and was done within a hour or so cleaned up the area like they were never there.I definitely will be calling them again and will be recommending to my friends, thanks

Matthew was excellent and knowledgeable, I was a little worried because I know his focus is commercial… but from the inspection on I knew I was in the best hands possible. Highly recommend!

Pro Systems was great! I've gotten repairs done by them in the past but I decided that it was time to get my roof replaced and they made it so easy to get done. I appreciate the hard work that was put in by the crew and can't tell you how happy I am.
