  Okay so fair warning if your gonna use this company, don’t have the following things; 1. Neighbors because they’re going to get nails all over their yard 2. Animals because they will get nails or roofing in their foot and 3. Feet because they do a horrible clean up job that will leave a nail in your foot. Nails long enough to go through a shoe. 1 star.

Typically by the time a project is complete things are tip-top but if we missed something we are more than willing to make things right if you are willing to talk to us!

  Prime roofing installed a new roof on my house. My wife and I stepped on roofing nails following the roof being replaced and complained to prime roofing. They came and picked up fifty or so nails. Recently my daughter stepped on a roofing nail. Thank goodness we don’t have little kids. The contract called for replacing all rotten facia but they failed to do in two spots. On the Dormer they replaced only halt of rotten facia. They returned and finished replacing the rotten Dormer facia but claimed they couldn’t replace the other rotten facia because it would leave my roof exposed meaning they should have replaced it prior to replacing the roof. They patched the rotten facia . Maybe they thought they could get away with lousy work because I’m a senior. No one apologized for the poor work and who knows what poor work goes unseen.

If you feel any work was missed during construction, we'll be happy to complete it at no cost to you. While we do our best to catch and repair any wood damage during construction, occasionally we'll have to return if something was missed. Prime Roofing is more than willing and able to remedy situations like this so I'm certain there is a miscommunication somewhere between us regarding your concerns.   COMPANY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. COMPANY DID NOT CALL TO TELL ME THEY WERE SHOWING UP AT 730 AM. COMPANY LEFT MY FRONT DOOR UNLOCKED & NEVER STATED THEY WERE LEAVING OR DONE WORKING. COMPANY ALSO UNINSTALLED CABLE DISH LEFT DAMAGED ON THE GROUND WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. NO EMPATHY WAS GIVEN WHEN I CALLED THE ABSOLUTE WORSE ROOFING COMPANY EXPERIENCE I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

All of our communication in regards to this project was done with the property owner and so it appears there was a communication breakdown in regards to start times, etc and the information getting over to you.   We had the Best experience you could ask for from Prime Roofing. From the very first communication with Garrette, the process was so smooth and easy. Andrew stayed on top of everything from start to finish. If you are in the need for a new roof, I would recommend Prime Roofing. Reasonably priced and excellent service.

  We are really happy with the work that Adam and Kevin did for us! We are in the middle of a massive mold remediation project and they setup bath exhaust vents on the roof to help us keep the warm humid air from coming back up the soffits. Even came back out immediately when we had a question! Will use them again if we need any roof work done.

  Prime Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof in Jacksonville Beach. The crew was punctual, careful with my landscaping, and completed the work in just 1½ days with a thorough cleanup. Communication was great from estimate to inspection. The roof looks fantastic, passed inspection easily, and the price was very fair. I highly recommend Prime Roofing and would hire them again.
