I wanted an estimate for new shingles. The guy came out, took a few photos, said he'd give me an estimate the next day. Never heard from him again. Two months ago. Edit: After I posted this review, the owner called me and demanded i remove it and called me an a-hole for posting it. Then he responded to my review alleging I'm rating the wrong company. No, I have Jarret Brown's Premiere Roofing business card that he gave me after he promised to give me an estimate the next day. If the owner had apologized for his employee's mistake, I woulda removed it. But calling me an A-hole for telling the truth tells me everything I need to know about the owner.

I phoned Jarrett at Premiere Gutters to come out and give me an estimate on replacing my gutters. He made time to come out the same day. Jarrett was extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Jarrett explained all possible cost to assure there would be no hidden fees. Jarrett returned phone calls and emailed paperwork immediately upon request. Premiere Gutters completed the work today 10/30/25 and did an amazing job. The color was matched exactly to the color previously there. I would highly recommend Premiere Gutters.

Very professional. Communications were timely. Roof was inspected; and new roof was quoted and installed in less than 2.5 weeks from first contact.
