  I called and spoke to Kyle about a roof and gutter replacement. Kyle, before ever even seeing my roof try's to convince me to do an insurance claim on the roof. I told him that I had Allstate and from my experience they very rarely do whole roof replacements. They want to patch the roof instead. I let him know that I would be paying cash and there would be no insurance clam. Well, Kyle was still pretty persistent. He said " I'm sure I can find enough damage. I'll come out tomorrow at 2:00". Well, I let him know again, there would be no insurance claim. But come on out tomorrow at 2:00 to give me a quote... The next morning Kyle calls me and says " I'm not going to be competing with other roofing companies" and he cancels the 2:00 appointment. So, it's just my opinion. But my guess is the only people that can afford a roof from these storm chasers are insurance companies. Cause I've never heard back from ole Kyle.

  Bradley Johnson came out and did a thorough inspection. Followed up with a complete report on the condition of the roof, explaining what was necessary n what could wait. What my options were, and the possible financial options. Insurance, financing and so forth. A plan for the supplies needed was made on where to put them and when. On the appointment day the crew showed up 6ish am and were done by 3, cleaned up n gone. All very seamless. I would absolutely call on Bradley and his outfit again. Signed Gr8full JM.

  Bradley took care of answering all our questions and gave advice regarding placement of a powered attic fan as well. His team did a great job and completed our new roof in one day.

  Kyle and his crew worked on our roof and got it done in a day! The quote was easy to obtain and reasonably priced. Kyle communicated with me throughout the whole process, and even sent me pictures while installing the roof. 10/10 customer care and I would recommend Catawba Valley Roofing to everyone. Our roof looks fantastic!

  I recently selected Catawba Valley Roofing (CVR) for a new roof for my home. My roofing and valleys were somewhat complex and it took about 70 squares for my approximate 7000 sf of roof. I did a great deal of research and spoke with several roofing contractors but none stood at as did CVR. . From the first call I made through the final walk through and submitting the manufactures warranty , they were outstanding. It took six full days for a team of ten to complete the project . Thor work ethic and skill set were most impressive. They arrived and began no later than 7 AM and worked through 830 PM every day ! There teamwork and execution was like a well oiled machine. The worked and outcome was truly exceptional and I would highly recommend them for all roofing types large and small . Kyle Hamrick was the project director and he left no stone unturned. He was prompt, courteous, and was very dedicated to my project and oversaw all details from type of shingles, to protect ordering and coordinated schedules with several vendors. He even came up himself to inspect and repair my leaks while waiting for the weather to warm up and materials to be delivered . Jordan was most helpful in identifying an appropriate product as my previous shingles had been discontinued.. He also was helpful in researching and providing data requested by my insurance company. My installed roofing product was a DaVinci composite slate which is a composite material that not all contractors have experience . Kyle even arranged for two Davinci reps from out of state to be on site the first day of installation to demonstrate the appropriate methods of installation either the crew

  From our first phone call to Catawba Valley Roofing asking if they could just come out & inspect our 23 year old roof & give us an inspection report, Jordan was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He provided us with a detailed report with photos so we could actually see and understand the condition of the roof. Once we made the decision that we needed to replace the roof , Jordan provided us with a detailed estimate of the cost & we moved forward to getting on the schedule. On June 26, 2026 Catawba Valley Roofing did the complete tear off and replacement of our roof. When the roof was completed they went above & beyond in their clean up process. It looked like they were never here. The roof was done in one day. Jordan followed up with us and inspected the job after it was completed and today the company did a drone flyover inspection of the roof. We highly recommend Catawba Valley Roofing and their team based on our own personal experience.

  Catawba Valley Roofing & Restoration did a fantastic job replacing the roof! Jordan, the project manager, is among the best project managers I’ve worked with. His knowledge of roofing and associated insurance practices is impressive and very helpful! The workers were polite, experienced and respectful of the property. Great work, great experience!!

  I got referenced to Catawba Valley Roofing from my realtor Robyn StClair in Hickory North Carolina. I called. Bradley Johnson the sales rep came out the next day. Gave me a price the following day after taking measurements. I agreed to do the job on a Thursday. Monday They came 7 AM sharp an army of like 10 guys or maybe even more I am not sure they worked hard real hard all day long cleanup was exceptional. I highly recommend Catawba Valley Roofing very nice guys hard workers clean job. Did everything in one day and I think I had about 5700 ft.² of roof to do which include teardown and installation. If you’re thinking about doing your roof, give them a call at least for the estimate so you know you’re getting a good deal from whoever you choose, but I am very happy with my decision

  These guys done a Great Job replacing the Roof on our house. Their pricing came in over $3000 cheaper than other quotes we got. They started at about 7:15 yesterday morning had it done by 6:00 nonstop work. We were very impressed with their crew, those boys work. Very professional prep and total cleanup when done.

  Bradley Johnson and his team did a great job from start to finish. He coordinated with the insurance company and helped keep them accountable to a like-kind replacement after hail damage to the property. The work crew did a high quality job on a custom built house, were extremely efficient, and left my property in better shape than they found it. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Thank you Bradley!
