We would like to clarify our professional findings regarding your project. While we understand the desire for a localized repair, our Market Area Manager's inspection revealed significant underlying issues. Specifically, our team identified structural integrity issues, wood rot, bowed decking, extended use of tarps, and gutter plant growth that pointed to extensive, long-term concerns. In our professional opinion, performing a partial repair on a system with such compromised elements would not only be a temporary fix but could potentially lead to further structural damage, safety risks, and be even more expensive long-term as additional near-term repairs would undoubtedly be necessary. We never want to implement a 'band-aid' solution that we cannot stand behind or we believe is not in the best interest of the client. We apologize if there was an onsite miscommunication that a basic repair was possible, but our recommendation for a full replacement was based entirely on ensuring the long-term protection and stability of the structure and was not profit driven. We proudly perform hundreds of small repairs a year, but we believe this situation merited a complete tear off and re-roof to ensure the best long-term outcome. We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the necessity of a full replacement during the initial visit. Our goal is always to provide an honest, comprehensive solution. We wish you the best in the future and hope you are able to solve your roofing issues to your satisfaction.

  Had a very bad experience with this company paid 8300 dollars for a roof that they have been out four times to repair and am waiting for them now two weeks to come out and patch another leak every thing from no glue on about fifty shingles to nails not being removed to nails being drove all the way through shingles it keeps going and the roof is only one and a half years old

  After seeing the great reviews for Elite Roofing online, I called them for a quote for gutter repair/upgrade, soffit repair and shingle/roof decking repair on a house I recently purchased. I called initially on Monday Sept 18th and my call was returned the same day stating that "Jason" would contact me in a day or two to schedule the quote. After not hearing back for 3 days, I called the office again and was contacted by Jason on Thursday Sept 21st. He was very professional and we set an appointment for the following day between 12 and 1pm. He no-showed and I never received a call or explanation for his not keeping the appt. Complete waste of my time and loss of potential profit for this company.

  Gid Moser of Elite Roof and Solar was recommended to us by a neighbor. He was professional, prompt, and pleasant while we worked through our needed roof replacement. The crew that came to the house was efficient and cleaned up the debris well - house was done in a day. We are very pleased with the entire process and outcome!

  Rick Moser was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire roofing process. I took quite a while deciding on the color and type of shingle for my new roof, and Rick never pressured me. Instead, he took the time to answer all of my questions and help me make the best decision for my home. I also had several concerns because my roof is large and somewhat complex, with numerous valleys, and I had experienced problems with a previous roofing contractor. Rick listened carefully to every concern and thoroughly explained their installation process and warranty, which gave me great confidence and peace of mind. After my previous experience, I spent a significant amount of time researching roofing companies before making my decision. I'm so glad I chose this one. The crew replaced the roof on both my home and detached garage, and they were incredibly efficient, completing the entire project in just one day.   Elite Roof is exactly as named. They outperformed my expectations. I am generally difficult to please. However, I contacted the store. They assigned Elite to me I then talked with Elite's rep. Gid Moser was outstanding. I kid you not I expected a few weeks or months delay due to scheduling. However, I thought Gid was calling me to schedule the roofing job. But instead his call was to inform me that they had began working on my house. Which is a second location. They were finished in several hours. Resulting in an outstanding job.
