  The supervisor did not stay on site leaving his guys to do what they want they cut my flowers with a machete throwing there foam on the flower bed and when confronted they lied and said the owner said it was fine which was a bold face lie left nails where they said was clean my son stepped on a nail while taking the dogs out walking under our overhang destroyed plants with the ladder to clean up there mess where it shouldn't have been used a blower on the roof spreading asphalt over the yard instead of sweeping it off and throwing there own trash in my yard

  We have no clue who you are and have no contract with anyone by your name. We have reached out to all customers who are currently active to see if these things happened on their property so we could address them immediately and everyone stated no and that they did not leave this review. We have reported this and have no knowledge or record of this happening on any of our projects.

  I am filing a complaint against Integrity Roofing for poor workmanship during my roof installation on December 16, 2021. I paid $11,547.01 for repairs listed in my mortgage. Integrity Roofing laid shingles on rotten wood, compromising safety. They also nailed a piece of wood to trusses, risking collapse. Despite acknowledging the issues, Integrity Roofing failed to rectify them. They claim a 3-year labor warranty but haven't honored it. Attempts to seek resolution through their insurance were futile as they lack coverage for damages to my roof. Additionally, when an adjuster found another weak spot, I was denied a copy of the report, stating they work for Integrity Roofing. Another contractor discovered brackets not replaced during repairs. Integrity Roofing's lack of accountability and refusal to uphold industry standards have caused financial and emotional distress.

  Integrity Roofing hates that it has come to this. We were never told or made aware of any issues at the property until October 18, 2023. On October 19, 2023, the owner and the project manager of Integrity Roofing went out to Hunter Whisenants property to inspect everything. They found that Hunter had taken down the drywall and insulation to reveal that several trusses were broken. The main area where the trusses were broken was where a ceiling fan was mounted which Hunter had also taken down. From that point we were able to pull up the pictures from before the roof was ever touched and we were able to see that the section of the roof was sagging prior to us ever being on the property and touching Hunters roof (see attached). Hunter agreed with the owner and the project manager that this was a preexisting issue that Hunter was responsible for fixing. Hunter went a step further and stated that he had a gentleman from church who was going to come over and help him fix it. We left the property all in agreement and Integrity Roofing closed the account as resolved. The next day October 20, 2023, our insurance agent called us and said that Hunter Whisenants stepdad Kevin Hudler called and wanted Integrity Roofing to pay for the damages. The owner of Integrity Roofing opened a claim. The adjuster went out to the property and deemed it not a covered loss. From that point on Integrity Roofing has been harassed by Hunter and Kevin. Hunter was given a 1-year workmanship warranty (see attached) not a 3 year. This project was completed in 2021. See attached photos of the roof prior to install showing the issues were there. Hunter was an out-of-pocket contract, and he chose for us to only replace the roof on the house, detached garage as well as replace the handrails on the deck and paint the deck. He did not want or ask us to complete anything else at his property. Due to this issue being a preexisting issue it is not Integrity Roofing’s responsibility to fix.

  Steve knocked on my door saying he had been doing some work in the area and that my roof had hail damage on it. He offered a free inspection and then showed me pictures of shingles with hail damage that weren't even the same color as the ones on my roof. Does he think I'm stupid?? Told him I would think about it just to get him off my property.

  We have no idea of who you are or why you would leave a 1 star rating on our business page. None of our sales reps have been on your property. We have not serviced anyone by your name. Please remove this rating... this is unacceptable and we do not appreciate the false rating, especially seeing how we do not even know who you are and we keep records of every one of our clients and leads!

  I hope they do great work because they don’t even provide a Quote without having to pay $150. Not sure if that is good business practice when looking to decide on a roofing contractor.

  We apologize if you are upset regarding our fees. When someone calls requesting an estimate for their property that service is free. When our office received the call from you it was stated that you are a realtor and your client needs an estimate along with a report for closing. You also stated they would not be replacing the roof that they would just need the documentation for closing. In those instances we do charge a fee of $150. It takes time and money to produce the information you are requesting.

  WARNING WARNING WARNING : DO NO GET YOUR ROOFS DONE BY THIS COMPANY!!!! We just had them done last year and we already have a leak in the middle of the roof! Shoddy work! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH A COMPANY WHOS ROOFS LEAK AFTER A YEAR!!!!DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE UNLESS YOU WANT TO FIX A LEAKY ROOF!!!!!!!! I have pictures and videos.

  We are terribly sorry that you feel this way. We have offered to come out to assess the leak to see what the issue is. We do give a 1-year workmanship warranty on all our installations to prevent any installation errors being missed. Your warranty expired in August, with this leak being after the warranty time frame, our initial conclusion is going to be that it is outside of an installation issue. Again, we have offered to assess the leak, but without a physical assessment, we can not make any determination of the problem. We can not complete a physical assessment without your authorization.

  It was a pleasure working with Integrity Roofing. It was very refreshing to work with a company that actually did everything they said they would do. I happen to be in the contracting business and know I am not the easiest person to work for (I told Jeremy on the first day we met). I am very particular about the condition of my property and was concerned about the protection of my flower beds and vegetable garden. Turned out, they protected everything with tarps and cleaned up the property and when they left it looked like they were never there except for a beautiful new roof!! I think they did a great job and my wife and I love the way the roof looks. Another very important aspect of the project to me is that Jeremy, the owner, was on the job every day to ensure everything was done properly and as promised. I would highly recommend Integrity Roofing and if fact I have already recommended Integrity Roofing to a few neighbors and family members. Jeremy, I want to thank you for your patience throughout the project, your professional team and for great job you all did for us.

  We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Integrity Roofing and Jeff Harrington. Jeff was so patient to answer all our questions and help us throughout the process. From start to finish, the customer service was excellent. Jeff gave us time and welcomed us to call him or reach out with any questions. Our meetings have been thorough but efficient. He ensured that everything would be cleaned up thoroughly after the job was completed, and he came by several times while the job was being completed, as well as after, to check on things. As far as the roofing job went, we could not be more pleased. Jeff helped us choose a beautiful shade for our shingles. The men were kind and very friendly, doing their best throughout the process to be courteous and look out for our safety and comfort. The work is guaranteed and we are just thrilled with how everything has turned out thus far. Integrity Roofing, and Jeff Harrington, have been great and we are happy to give our recommendation for this company.

  Jeremy Mauck and his entire team are super professional, have reasonably pricing, perform exceptional work, and are passionate about helping their customers. As an insurance broker I feel confident referring them to my clients. I know they are going to do what is best for the customer and their home.
