  Amazing customer service and honesty. I have a small roof leak and emailed A+ at 11pm. Darrin called the next morning and came to the house 1st thing and inspected the area. He even did a water test with me so we could identify where the leak was as he said the roof looked good. He spent about an hour with me and we were able to identify the area. He was completely honest and saved me $$$ and time. This type of honesty is hard to find nowadays. I will use them for all my roofing needs as well as recommend them to everyone. Darrin was/is a great 1st contact for the company. Polite, honest and friendly.

  Hats off to APlus roofing! We had a small leak in our tiny home metal roof and they were on site within 24 hours. Darrin was able to quickly identify the problem, repaired and tested before leaving. My only regret is that I didn't call APlus first.

  As a general contractor in Catawba County, we have used A Plus Roofing many times. They are always very professional and do a great job. They are priced fairly and stand behind their work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a roof replacement or new roof.

  Great experience with A Plus. Had my roof replaced, only one small issue, I wish they did a little better at protecting my house from falling debris from the roof removal. Took me a while to clean the shingle marks off my garage door and I'll have to paint the top of my porch hand rail. The process was great Rocky answered all my questions, crew was fast and did a good job cleaning up. Also had my gutters replaced that crew was fast and efficient. During a recent hard rain I noticed a leak in a down spout, contacted A Plus and the crew was out promptly to take care of the leak. Would I use A Plus again YES, but with a 50 year warranty hopefully I won't have to, Thanks A Plus.

  Finally a roofing company that cares and holds true to their values. Darrin came over, assessed our leaking roof, and gave us an honest quote. With the roof being 25+ years we opted to ask for a replacement roof, holding onto our seats waiting to hear an astronomical price. When Darrin told us how much the roof was, I asked “is that just for materials?” Nope, it was everything included. The workers came on the day promised , very professional, replaced our roof, cleaned everything,and even painted the areas around the vents, etc, all in one day. Darrin stopped in to inspect the work and made sure we were satisfied. I have not seen this kind of service in decades and highly recommend A Plus Roofing. Thank you for a painless, professional and affordable roof!

  Roof was done in a timely manner, a crew came early in the morning, took down a house flag and some landscaping lights, and when they left in the afternoon, everything was back in place and looked like they'd never been here- except for the new roof!! They did a great job!
