Roofers were great, but the lady Maria truly had a disgusting attitude every time we spoke. Will not be using their services again simply because of Maria.

Thank you for responding to our review request. I (Maria) am very sorry I have offended you and sounded less than pleasant. I have had dental surgeries going on since March of this year. It is difficult for me to speak clearly without over enunciating my words. I am sorry I have given you a negative experience with our company.

Jonathan and his wonderful staff did an excellent job on replacing the roof on my house and exterior building. Everything went well and I am very pleased. His staff were very efficient in removing old shingles and getting the new ones on. I found everyone to be very pleasant and professional. I encourage everyone to give Fidelity a call! Love the five year warranty! Labor costs were great. I chose to use a higher quality of shingles. Very pocketbook friendly!!! Robin Hill

My roof to my shed was partially caved in. They fixed it like new and did an amazing job! It looks fantastic. They did the whole thing in one day, and they were very reasonable with the price.
