  Was quoted a certain price, so that is what we paid. Now they are telling us we owe more money. I thought we were done with this company. Poor communication.

  They were sub-contracted to replace our roof through a USAA preferred contractor. They did a horrible job and after the job was done Thaddeus, the owner, came to our home and he was dismissive, rude, and tried to tell us the roof looked great. Also, his workers urinated in our yard and he tried to tell us that they didn't (unfortunately they urinated right in front of one of our ADT a cameras so we saw them). There's been a lot of rain since the roof was replaced and we have a leak from the roof into our garage and now have drywall and possible mold issues. I would never hire this company and if you see them I'd run not Run don't walk as far as you can!

  Good evening Mrs. Bingham, I'd like to say I am sorry again you feel this way! I did show up to address the allegations on my crew. There was video of one of my guys adjusting his tool belt and was accused of urinating in your yard 3 feet from your kitchen window. I would imagine if it were my home, and I was watching this happen, I would have pictures and video of the guys actually standing there urinating. I asked for pictures or video of him actually doing this and you did not produce them. My foreman and myself stuck our noses in the mulch where you say the worker urinated and neither of us could smell a thing. We then took all of the mulch up in that area and put it into trash bags with our bare hands and bought all new mulch and installed it in that area. We even bought a nice gift from Milberger's and placed in that corner and left the receipt on it in case you wanted something else. We were told by your sales rep that you complained to him about that as well. We also address the front hip shingles over the garage you pointed out were a little crooked. There has also been 3 inspections done by your insurance carrier by 3 different inspectors and that's all they found as well. The roof did look good as was stated by your preferred contractor as well. Now that all kinds of people have been walking all over it in the heat without the proper soft soled foot ware, it may actually have damages to it. I am also sorry you felt like I was dismissive with you. I will not allow my guys to be called names and cursed at nor myself to be cursed at by a homeowner or anyone. Once you began with the cursing, I dealt with your husband on what we were doing with the mulch and the 4 hip shingles we straightened. Our guys work very hard and do great work as you can read by the numerous A+ 5-Star reviews they receive. Again, I apologize you feel this way, but let's tell the whole story. Respectfully!

  My apologies guys! I have gone through all voicemails and don’t have one with Gutierrez regarding a leak. Also, Thursday Sept. 13th was the day our family unhooked our Dad from life support. If you have a number you called from, I’ll recheck all voicemails again, but even while I was dealing with our Father passing I was relaying calls to our team here in San Antonio. I understand everyone had an emergency regarding these storms and heavy rains and we have been helping many. Please provide the number and time of the call so I can verify. Thank you!

  Today we were scheduled for an Inspection and Evaluation, however no one ever showed, nor did anyone contact me. Someone was supposed to be at my home at 3:15 pm, I emailed Thaddeus the Owner/President at 3:28 pm inquiring if they would still be coming, no response, at 4;13 pm it was apparent no one would be showing, I emailed Thaddeus again "We will be going with another company I am disappointed in the lack of service and communication I have received.", still no response, it is not 7:24 pm, I haven't received a response via email, call, or even text. This is a horrible first impression.

  Mr. and Mrs. Pearson, We did shoot an email out due to the amount of calls coming in from the tornados. We have been trying to accommodate your schedule to make sure both you and your husband would be around as you stated to me. I apologize if you didn't receive this. Email: Mrs. Pearson, I asked for this email to be sent because I was trying to meet the crew to help a lady in Alamo Heights that had her roof lifted up from the high winds. The email was suppose to ask you guys if you could call me and schedule for Saturday since this was an emergency situation. Thank you!

  Their site says they give free estimates. I called and asked for an independent estimate (meaning not just going off what insurance states) and the representative said, (and I quote) "We don't have time to run around and do estimates like that." My vote is 0 b/c what that tells me is they can do the roof for cheaper than insurance quote, but they won't do that b/c they want to get as much as they can. I can understand that, but if you aren't will to say "hey, here's my price for my services" and play the insurance quote game then I know you're not being fully honest with me.

  Mr. Micah, We appreciate your response. What was said is that we go right off of the insurance estimate. If there are any discrepancies, we will take pictures and turn in for a supplement review. We use the same software as most insurance companies so that the homeowner cannot be price gouged. If you receive a cheaper estimate, you still have the deductible to pay, except now the roof work is below Fair Market Value. We will never be below Fair Market Value because we won't compromise workmanship or install inferior products to make a profit on the project. If you have anymore questions and would like to go over it in more detail, we are willing to come by and go over it with you. Thanks again!

  PREMIER ROOFING is a A+ roofing company. They took care of a leak around a dryer vent pipe on pur roof. Our representative, Thaddeus was easy to understand, and kept us in the know regarding our roof repair. He was able to show us photos of our roof before and after. The workers were professional, meticulous and courteous. They left the surrounding area clean when they were finished. We will definitely use PREMIER ROOFING again. Thank you!

  Premier Roofing and Contracting was a pleasure to work with. Thad was very friendly, kind, knowledgeable and a clear communicator. He took aerial photos of my roof and was able to determine that I had damage to my chimney. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, was very professional, and there was no charge for the evaluation. Premier is now my go to roofers and I highly recommend them for any residential roofing needs.

  We cannot recommend Premier Roofing and Contracting enough!   Premier Roofing and Contracting kept me informed every step of the way. The crew arrived on time, worked quickly, and showed real professionalism. I’m happy with the roof repair and would definitely call this roofing contractor again for any future roof maintenance.   I had to pay to replace my roof so I got 3 estimates. Premier roofing was the lowest estimate as they stated I only needed 26 squares. The other 2 estimates said I needed 36 squares. Sure enough there were 2 bundles left over when the beautiful roof was installed. Thaddeus was wonderful and HONEST. I will always get an estimate from Premier Roofing before replacing a roof. He also worked me in before I left town. Excellent company.

  We had previously used Premier Roofing and Contracting on a small repair job so I knew who to call when we needed a full roof replacement. Thaddaeus, in particular, was excellent at keeping us informed throughout the process. He went above and beyond to ensure our insurance claim was thorough and complete and that we received the maximum claim to cover all work, including the removal and replacement of solar panels. We appreciate how efficient and professional the crew was as well. The removal and new roof installation took only two days. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a reliable roofing contractor.
