PowerRoofr

The only one or two-star review we hold for PowerRoofr.

When I first contacted PowerRoofr regarding storm damage to my roof and a cracked custom window, I spoke directly with the owner, Danish. During that initial conversation, I explained my situation and made it clear that my wife and I had both been laid off. One of my biggest concerns was potential out of pockets costs. During my initial convo with Danish, he confidently stated that he would cover my deductible if we move forward with him. That assurance was a major factor in my decision to move forward with PowerRoofr and sign the paperwork. Over the following weeks, inspections were completed, a public adjuster became involved, the claim was filed, and I invested considerable time coordinating things as well, and even having to follow up when communication was delayed. After the insurance estimate was issued, I was then informed that I would be expected to pay approx $3,500 out of pocket. What disappointed me most was not the amount itself, but the fact that it directly conflicted with what I had been told at the beginning. Had I known that from day one, I could have evaluated my options differently before committing to the process. When I expressed my concerns to his sales manager, Dylan... I received a call from Danish. Rather than trying to understand the situation, discuss possible solutions, or acknowledge how this impacted me...the convo was dismissive. He said that I would be released from the contingency agreement and that I should find another roofing company. As a homeowner, that was extremely frustrating after weeks of inspections, claim coordination, and waiting for the insurance process to move forward.

We had Power Roofing do a full roof replacement, and the quality of work was excellent. The crew was careful, thorough, and clearly knew what they were doing. Everything was cleaned up nicely afterward and the roof looks great. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company

My wife and I couldn’t be more impressed with PowerRoofr. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely seamless. Their team was consistently professional, courteous, and approachable, making us feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. They clearly communicated every step of the way, arrived exactly when promised, and completed the work right on schedule. The quality of their craftsmanship is outstanding, and they delivered everything at a remarkably fair price. It’s rare to find a company that combines reliability, friendliness, and affordability so perfectly — but PowerRoofr truly does. We are thrilled with the results and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services. Milt and Valerie Johnson, Aldie, VA
