In Jacksonville. After calling, I was told over the phone, "After checking with a tech, they don't have anyone in the area right now. Thank you for calling, goodbye."

Our experience with the roofing team was outstanding from the first conversation to the final clean-up. Nolan and the crew were professional, friendly, and very detail-oriented the whole way through. They took time to look over every concern and handled even the small roofing items that are easy to miss, like bends, gaps, and proper flashing around key areas. That level of care really showed their focus on quality work and a solid roof system. The tear-off of the old roofing materials was done quickly and carefully, and they protected the yard and landscaping during the process. The new roof installation moved along efficiently without cutting corners, which we really appreciated. Their craftsmanship also stood out. The roof was installed with care and precision, helping give us confidence in the durability and long-term performance of the shingles and overall roofing structure. Everything looked neat, secure, and well finished. The clean-up was just as impressive as the installation. Lawn furniture, potted plants, and other items were put back in place, and the property was left clean without stray nails or debris. In a place with strong sun, heavy rain, and storm season, it is great to have a roofing company that clearly understands the importance of doing the job right. Nolan also made sure all remaining questions were answered before the job was fully wrapped up, which showed real commitment to customer care. I would gladly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement.

My wife and i are homeowners in Jacksonville, and after a strong storm we had serious roof damage show up overnight. If this is your first time dealing with a roof repair or replacement, you probably have a lot of questions about shingles, leaks, insurance, and who to trust. We chose company: Powell Family Jacksonville Roof Repair, and they went beyond what we expected. The crew takes real pride in their roofing work, stays professional, friendly, and easy to reach by phone or text. They worked around our schedule, explained our options in simple terms, and gave helpful suggestions that fit our home and budget. We also needed a small roof repair later, and it was handled fast and smoothly, almost like flipping a switch. nolan did a great job, and we would recommend them to anyone in Jacksonville needing reliable roof work after a heavy Florida storm.

i can’t say enough good things about this roofing team. We recently had our full roof system and fascia replaced, and the workmanship looks amazing. jamie really knows roofing and went out of the way to make sure we were happy through the whole project. The crew was friendly, easy to talk to, and did excellent work from start to finish. Everything went smoothly, from the estimate to the final shingle install and cleanup. They explained the roofing process clearly, kept the job site organized, and made sure every detail was handled the right way. The new roof looks great, the fascia work came out clean, and the price was one of the best we found. nolan and the team made this one of the best experiences we’ve had with any roofer, and we would gladly call them again after heavy wind or storm damage in Jacksonville. landon also made the whole process feel simple and stress-free.

Recently, a roofing company replaced the shingles on our home, and the whole process went very smoothly. The inspection appointment was scheduled through the office, and jamie provided the estimate after arriving on time and carefully checking the roof and attic. jamie was very responsive, explained the roofing work clearly, and answered all of our questions. After we signed the contract, the project manager set the install day. The roofing materials were delivered to our driveway, and the crew of eleven, led by nolan, arrived on time and started right away. A few spots needed roof decking replacement, which had already been identified during the estimate, so there were no surprises. The crew and ground team laid out tarps to protect the property during the tear-off and did excellent work replacing the damaged decking. Once that was finished, the team moved forward with the underlayment, edge guard, shingles, roof vents, and new pipe flashing covers. The installers worked efficiently and completed the full roof replacement in one day. cleanup was very thorough, and the yard was left clean with debris and nails removed. Since the install, we have had several strong Florida rainstorms with heavy wind and downpours, so i checked the attic for any signs of leaks. Everything looks great and the roof is holding up perfectly. The new shingles also seem to help reduce outside noise, including planes overhead, which was a nice bonus. We are very pleased with the workmanship, communication, and professionalism from jamie, nolan, earl, the roofing crew, the ground team, and the office staff. This was a well-run roofing job from start to finish, and we are very happy with the quality, service, and final result on our home.

After calling a few roofing companies, Powell Family Jacksonville Roof Repair was the only one ready to help us right away. We had already paid for a partial roof replacement with another roofer because of a leak, but the repair did not solve the problem. Jamie came out, found the issue fast, and fixed it the same day. He also returned to repair another damaged section where moisture had caused rot. Scheduling was quick, and once the weather cleared, the crew finished the work in under two hours. The pricing was fair, the service was professional, and the whole process felt honest and stress free. We are very thankful for the help and would gladly recommend them for roof leak repair and roofing work.

My experience with Powell Family Jacksonville Roof Repair began when Earl came to my home to look over the roofing issue in person. That kind of hands-on service really stood out. Earl was honest, straightforward, skilled, and easy to talk with, which made the whole roof repair process feel much less stressful. After that, I was connected with Nolan, who was also very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. When it came time to get estimates, I contacted three roofers. I was honestly surprised when I saw this quote because it was thousands lower than the other two, while still covering the full roof scope. I even called to confirm everything was included, and Nolan made it clear that it was. I decided to move forward feeling confident. There was a small delay in communication about when the shingles would arrive, but it was handled and everything worked out fine. Once the roofing job started, Jamie did a great job managing the crew and keeping me updated on each step, from materials to installation to cleanup. That steady communication made a big difference. The whole project was handled with real care and attention. I also appreciated how the team explained what to expect with the roof install, especially with the hot weather and normal roofing concerns in Florida. After the work was done, they followed up quickly, inspected everything carefully, and made sure the shingles and flashing were secure and the finished roof looked solid. If you need a new roof or roof replacement, I highly recommend them. What I expected to be a stressful roofing project turned out to be smooth, well managed, and much easier than I imagined.

I highly recommend Powell Family Jacksonville Roof Repair for roofing work. Jamie came out right away when I asked for an estimate, looked over my roof carefully, and explained in simple terms what really needed repair and what could wait. I appreciated the honest advice and no-pressure approach. The pricing was very fair compared with several other roofing quotes I received, and the value for the quality of work stood out. The crew arrived on time as scheduled, worked efficiently, and finished the roof job in one day without cutting corners. They handled the roofing materials professionally, paid attention to the details, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. After the work was done, they cleaned up so well the property looked like they had never been there. They even cleared out my gutters, which was a great extra touch. I’m very happy with the roof repair and overall service, and I would definitely use them again for future roofing and exterior projects.
