The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for POOLE'S CONSTRUCTION LLC. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

I’ve dealt with many contractors in my years of owning four homes, I have never had a contractor like Joe Poole. He is man of his word and works right with his crew. They are early to work and stay late. I have never seen a harder …

Poole’s Construction is the most professional, honest, and hard working roofing crew I have ever dealt with. Joe and his crew arrived promptly at 7:45 am. They work full days, together as a team and they stay on the job until it’s done. No worries about them disappearing for another job. Their workmanship is amazing and they are commited to customer satisfaction. Great job, great prices, and all around great people!!

We are extremely happy with our experience with Joe Poole's Construction Company. Our 20 year old house needed to have the roof covering replaced. Mr. Poole came out, inspected the house, and prepared an estimate. His estimate was at least $2,000 lower than the next lowest estimate. The quality of the work and materials was A#1, and was completed as proposed in a timely manner. We do not hesitate in recommending him to anyone who requires this type of home repair.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 17 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
