  Sales rep was prompt and eager to inspect my 1890 Queen Anne. However, that was the last sign of ambition. I never heard back from him with a quote. I called the office after a few weeks and spoke to the woman who answered. She was super friendly, easily engaged, verified that images and notes of my inspection had been entered into their system (even complimenting the architecture), and promised to "poke" my sales rep for me. It's been eighteen weeks (yes, four and a half months). Needless to say I've moved on, and I urge you to, as well.

  Worked with them for 2 weeks. They showed up once initially to assess the roof. It had hail damage and was covered by insurance. They covered a couple spots that may leak and told us that they would like to meet with the insurance agent on site to discuss what needs to be done and price. Time and day was set. Time and day rolls around, Sheriff Goslin never showed up. I called to see what was up and they said "there was a few issues working with the insurance agent". This is not true, she was there ready to work with them, they never showed up. Only 2 stars because at least the lady working the desk when I called initially was very nice. Otherwise, would be 1 star. Go with Mr Roof instead

  A crew came out to look at my garage roof for replacement. Crew was very nice. Said they would call the following week with an estimate. Week went by, no call. I called them to see if my estimate was ready and was told, "they are too busy to come to the phone". Very unprofessional.

  We were very pleased with the quick response time for inspecting & repairing our roof. The roofers were courteous and efficient. We are impressed with their overall service and quality of products. We had a Sherriff Goslin roof on our house when we bought it and we have always felt confident choosing Sherriff Goslin.

  After 13 years,Sheriff Gosling responded quickly to a shingle issue caused by a recent wind storm. The crew repaired the issue and additionally sealed off a potential problem near a chimney. Our house has had a Sheriff Gosling roof since the 1920’s. The are our “go to” roof guys.

  Excellent company. A couple pieces of fascia blew off from the wind a few weeks ago. Though it wasn’t something they installed, they came out and fixed it free of charge. Thank you!!!

  Jacob and team responded in a timely matter. We lost some shingles during a couple of storms. Jacob reached out to us after our call and set up a date to come to our home. Interesting fact: our home was built in 1907. It has only had Sheriff Goslin roofs! His team came out after the weather cooperated and replaced the missing shingles and looked around the roof to make sure all was secure. A very happy and satisfied client.

  Jakob (manager) with Sherriff Goslin just left our home. What an awesome guy. He checked out our roof and replaced several shingles that had come off due to wind damage. Was a great no stress experience for us. Would recommend this company for your roofing needs. Has always been a positive experience with this company.
