While I was happy to get my small project done, I was the third project of the day and arrival of crew wasn’t until 4:20 pm. We were competing with an incoming storm and I feel they rushed the job. I had to drive to Home Depot at 7:25ish to get the corner piece to complete the project that was forgotten by crew. No offer of some $$ off of the project although cash was given to me for the part. Inconvenient after a long day of my own work. Also found all these rusty nails and debris after they left on my deck. Good thing I’m up to date on my tetanus shot.

Pure gutter did a great job. The cleanup was great. The communication between the installers and myself wasgreat. My only concern is the salesman that came to my house quoted me such a high ridiculous price that I shut him down right away, before the conversation was over the price was cut in half. After that, everything went great .I'm the one that initiated the phone call to them. I heard such great things about him. I would rate them a 4.8 out of 5 I would have gave them a 5 except for the high quote, but I would definitely hire them again and i recommend them.

We contracted Pure Gutter Solutions to replace rotted exterior trim on our house with Azek trim product. The team of Clayton, Kenny & Colton did a fantastic job with high attention to detail. They removed, replace and painted the Azek trim in one day and did a thorough cleanup, all at a reasonable price. We highly recommend Pure Gutter solutions and, particularly the team sent to perform the job.

Very professional, friendly employees. Had a few issues with the work, but even though I didn't agree with day or time for them to come back. It worked out . Again very professional. I don't think they are very good with paper work since I still have not received a proper receipt or warranty . So hopefully this will get resolved. I would recommend this company to family and clients. Thank you.

I had a great experience working with Pure Gutter Solutions. Firstly, Tamela, who inspected our property, was very diligent and worked with us to get the job done on our home. She was personable and accommodating with our needs. On the day of install, Zack and Aaron were timely, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure the gutters were installed properly. I could tell that the guys had pride in their work and held up the promise of getting the job done right the first time. We will see how the gutter system holds up over time, but the work these three folks did gives me nothing but confidence in their product. If you are looking for a local, non-private equity company to fix your gutter situation, I'd definitely go with Pure Gutter Solutions.

Zach and Cody were absolutely a pleasure to work with and constantly provided updates and were phenomenal. They went above and beyond, to make sure that I was satisfied with their work. They did a marvelous job and it was a very tough one covering a large house perimeter. Will definitely go back to them if I need anything with gutters.

A special thank you to the Fairways Association for their business and local support here in Jackson Michigan! We performed various gutter and gutter guard services for many of their units and the work came out great. We happen to be a company full of golf enthusiasts, so working alongside the beautiful Jackson Country Club Golf Course was a treat. Aug 17, 2026
