I believe you may have us mixed up with another company, I checked our records & you were contacted and received a written estimate.

Shingles our house. They were VERY sloppy workers. They went 130 miles an hour. Damages were done to our house All and all a very bad job for the price we paid

I'm surprised by this review as there was a gutter that was damaged from a ladder and some tar marks on the railing from the shingles. However, I personally came and inspected and replaced the gutter with a much more premium gutter and cleaned the railing which you and your husband were satisfied with. Not only that, you referred me to your daughter who I've now roofed 2 houses for her. Which she was satisfied with as well. Thank you for the your buisness as well as the referral

  Worst job ever!

We went through our records and don't have a JR in our system. Is it under different name or maybe you have us confused with another contractor? If it's us we'd like proper feedback to ensure customer quality.

I called Jason because he came highly recommended. He came out promptly to look around and see what needed to be done to my roof. He was really nice and said he'd get an estimate to me in a couple of days. Didn't hear from him so I called about a week later. He said he would get the estimate to me after the weekend. I never heard from him. I ended up having a different company replace my roof.

I appreciate the opportunity to bid on your project, I apologize for dropping the ball on your estimate. We are working on a more efficient system more so this doesn't happen again.

I needed some work done on my house and wanted to keep my business local. Jason Wrozek came out on a Saturday, said he'd call me Monday with a quote. One week later and I haven't heard back. Typical contractor: B.S., Promises and Lies!

I recently hired J. Wrozek Roofing & Home Imp. LLC for a full roof replacement, including new skylights and gutter covers. Jason and his team were professional and communicative throughout the entire process. Despite running into some heavy rain during the project, they made sure the roof was dried in and returned promptly the next morning to finish the job and thoroughly clean up the yard. I really appreciated their attention to detail and responsiveness to my questions. Highly recommend!

Jason and his crew know roofing. Period. These guys are legit. We got a bid, it was easy to read and when we said go, Boom! It was done super fast. They had financing that was perfect for us. Best in Jackson BY FAR. Just call Jason and you'll see why we went with them. No brainer.

We needed fascia replaced at a high gable end. Mr Wrozak responded quickly, did the repair when he said he would, and left the driveway spotless (and safe for tires). Highly recommend

The process from start to finish was so easy. The Wrozek team is professional right to the end. The roofing team was great and finished the project in a little over a day. They cleaned up incredibly well. Jason is on top of his business. I highly recommend J. Wrozek Roofing!

How We Find The Hidden Roof Problems? Some roof problems aren’t visible from the ground. When we inspect a roof, we look beyond obvious damage and check for signs of leaks, deteriorated shingles, damaged flashing, soft areas, ventilation issues, and other problems that can become expensive repairs if left unnoticed. Our goal is to identify the underlying issue instead of simply treating the symptom. For homeowners in Jackson, MI, and throughout Jackson County, catching hidden roof problems early can help protect your home from water damage and larger roofing repairs. At J. Wrozek Roofing & Home Improvements, we use a careful, hands-on approach to roof inspections and help homeowners understand what their roof actually needs, whether that means a minor repair or more extensive roofing work. 1 day agoLearn more
