  Had my flat top roof replaced by Mullins. While I overall thought they did an okay job, before the job I addressed concerns over water collecting in the middle of it and not shedding. After the replacement and a few rainfalls, I noticed the issue still. I called them, they told me they regularly send someone out to inspect jobs after they are complete and will look into it. I have yet to hear from them since. I spent a good amount of money on a high quality product that I’m not sure is going to hold up to it’s quoted longevity because of something that I identified when I inquired about the project and should’ve easily been identified by a professional.

  Don’t bother hiring them unless you want to anger your neighbors. Their subcontractors will park illegally up and down your street. They will let trash blow all over your yard until you confront them about it. And when you do they act like they don’t speak English and look like deer seeing headlights. Even though they clearly understood what you said because they start doing what you ask when you walk away. The contractor never once asked if it was ok to dump a bunch of garbage off my neighbors roof into my driveway. Which I am still finding nails. And when you email Mullins themselves they don’t respond. So if you hate your neighbors hire them.

  My sister used them for there new build and seeing the experience she had to go through I would highly recommend NOT using them! Very unprofessional and sleazy and money hungry!

  Unfortunately when the quote was given on this job there was no house built yet to measure up, so we went off of the customers estimation. That estimation was way short and many more materials needed to be bought to finish the job. This cost was charged to the customer. I'm not sure what is sleazy about that?

  Paid almost $5000 for a new roof, and it is leaking! 8 months later, they finally came to “fix” it and now it is leaking worse! The crew did a very poor clean up after installation, left cigarette butts all over my yard. Left my soffits full of old shingles.

  If I could give no stars I would. Their MINIMUM charge is $300. I had THREE shingles I needed replaced and they wanted $300! Stan Davis said "we can't just buy 3 shingles, we have to buy a whole bundle". So I asked him how much a bundle cost. His answer "I don't know". OK so you based your quote on what? So then I called roofing supply stores who said a bundle is $65 for the shingles I needed. So $235 for maybe 20 minutes of work? NOT GONNA HAPPEN!! ALSO my son was home when he came and said he was there MAYBE 5 minutes. As you can see Stan Davis posted below.....my response to this is BS! OTHER companies one who is going to do the work, have the same costs and yet do not charge that much. AND you will not be getting my business for anything. I would rather work with people who are honest and affordable.

  They did the job, they had to redo a large portion after not having the frame and sheeting correct before laying shingles. If I had nit questio ed what they were doing the job would have not been right at all. They were suppose to be finished in days and took close to 2 weeks. They damaged the sidewalk pulling a tryck in leaving ruts in the lawn also and after 1 yr their fix fell apart and I was told numerous times how they would make it right and they have not. I would not reccomend this company at all. Very disappointed in their customer service and their work ethic.

  Mullins Roofing is 5 stars! Extensive tree damage to my roof and home from a fallen tree in July. Mullins roofing team came over and repaired all the broken tails, corners, peaks and had to re-shingle the roof. The roofing team was outstanding! They were unstoppable. They put an extremely long day in and never stopped. It was a pleasure to have them at my home. The clean up was fantastic, no debris left behind. The entire company has great people working for them which makes such a successful business. Highly recommend.

  Jeremy Lutz did a great job getting us a quote quick. Good with communicating on when everything was going to be delivered. The crew showed up bright and early and didn’t hesitate to get started. They did a very good job on the roof and also with the cleanup process

  Mullins was amazing when it came to my roof, from being quick and concise with getting over and inspecting it to being extremely reasonable on pricing. They were in an out in a matter of hours without a shred of evidence to ever say they were there besides my amazing looking new roof!! Highly recommend to anyone in the jackson or surrounding area of you want the best of the best!!

  We are very pleased with our new roof. Our old roof was 25 years old. The crew was really hard working. Jayden was very informative and kept us advised as the work progressed. Good pricing and cleaned up immediately when the job was done. Gabby was the supervisor and made sure everything was to our satisfaction.

  We had a great experience with Mullins Roofing. They repaired some gutters for us on a very tight timeline while we were preparing our home for sale, and they completed the work quickly and professionally. They also installed several windows at a very reasonable price, and the workmanship was excellent. The windows fit perfectly, requiring no patching or additional repairs afterward. Their crew did a fantastic job cleaning up when the work was finished, leaving everything neat and tidy. We would definitely recommend Mullins Roofing for their quality work, fair pricing, and excellent customer service.

  Mullins did a great job installing a new roof on my house in Ann Arbor. They had a large crew who came out and installed the roof in one day. They also repaired some broken rafter joists. They used high quality products. Had a very fair price. I would highly recommend them.
