  I tried for over a week to get a hold of this company for an estimate on my roof. They didn't even have the common courtesy to get back with me on it. So I contacted another roofing company named Braman Roofing in hillsdale. They got a hold of me right away within one hour they were out, giving me an free estimate. And what a great price, they will be out next week to start the job. I've seen one review, saying they dropped off a portable restroom outside of the residence. Who pays for that? Does the property owner have to pay for that too is it added in the cost of thr roof? If so I wouldn't like that.

  Can't even answer a phone call for a requested quote... Business must be good. Guess I will try for someone else.

  Kirk's 5 Star Roofing of North Adams, Michigan completed a roof replacement on my house. They arrived first thing in the morning and had it done by mid-afternoon. The crew did an excellent job and cleaned everything up before they left the job site. You wouldn't know they were even here. Kirk and Eric were very easy to work with regarding the estimate, scheduling and payment. Kirk came by to look over everything to make sure things met his expectations. I was very impressed with this company and would definitely recommend them for any roofing job you have.

  We are very happy with the new roof on our house and garage although communication within in the organization was lacking. The roofers arrived without prior notice while we had other work going on at the house and before a power line was removed from the garage; all of which they had been told about when we signed on. It was very stressful but we were happy with the work that was done.
