  Horrible service, don't honor warranty, paid 30k for roof, and 4yrs later roof vents don't operate properly, cs won't fix them, roof is raised in spots etc.

  We had a great experience with CS roofing from start to finish. David, the sales rep, was very knowledgeable in the product and the services they provide and also very respectful. The team showed up early on the day of the job and were able to complete it in one day, even though they came across something’s they did not anticipate. They also did a quick and efficient job of cleaning up after they were done. The PM, Bradley, was quickly available when the roofing team needed his management and support. I would definitely recommend CS roofing!

  A tree fell on my house and despite having an overwhelming schedule, this company was able to quickly come out for an estimate and to get me on the schedule. With the roof being replaced 2 years ago by another company, they were able to match the shingles. They replaced the soffit and gutter that were damaged too. Attached are before and after images.   I called CS Roofing for a small leak in my garage. Bradley came out, inspected and fixed the area in a matter of minutes! He was professional and friendly, explained everything he did and even nailed a loose piece of fascia back up for me! I had friends over when he came and they were so impressed that they took his card to contact him for a roof estimate!! He was wonderful and I would recommend him and the company to anyone that has any roofing needs! I will definitely utilize him/them in the future!! Way to go CS Roofing and Bradley!!

Complete roofing and gutter upgrade on this home. We tore off the existing shingle roofing down to the roof deck and installed a complete new roofing system. The old rolled roofing was also removed and replaced with a new EPDM rubber roofing system for dependable protection on the flat roof areas. The shingle roof received two rows of ice and water shield along the eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment, new drip edge, starter shingles, and all new pipe, wall, and chimney flashings. New box vents were installed for proper ventilation, and the roof was finished with architectural shingles using storm nailing for added wind protection. To complete the project, we installed new 5" seamless gutters along all eaves of the home for improved water management.
