This company was subbed out to do the roofs on my apartments and their employees not only left all there garbage strung all over the apartments then one of there employees hit my car with their work van an all of sudden couldn't speak English. When my wife an I contacted your offices you were rude and unprofessional. I hope your company fails with the idiotic employees you subout to!! Oshawa was called as was l&I for not only making it unsafe for the residents but your employees don't even harness off I can't wait to watch one of em fall

Hey Jason, I have no record of doing any kind on estimate or work. I'm thinking you have mistaken our company. We are family owned locally operated in Everett. Hopefully after a more thorough investigation you can find the company that caused these damages. PNW Roofing & Crawl Space Insulation LLC only does residential work no apartment complex. We do not subout our roofing or insulation projects. Thank you for your time and patience.

Absolutely amazing work by PNW Roofing & crawl space insulation from start to finish! They completely redid my roof, replacing the whole ceiling and insulation. Everything went super smoothly, the crew was great, and the final result is top-notch. I'd highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again for any future projects!

PNW Roofing's customer service and care are unparalleled. We hired them to reinsulate our attic space and fix a roof leak. They did an inspection and identified a few other minor repairs to make to our roof and attic space. They were efficient, and the new insulation seems great. The leak required multiple visits and repairs, but Alfredo and his team went out of their way to ensure the problem was eventually fixed and satisfactory for us.

Good morning Meaghan, We appreciate your review thank you for your time. We are happy you are satisfied with our insulation work done in your home. I looked back into our files and this repair was done back in February 2024 with a temporary fix as repair cannot be 100% warranty of any further leaks. We would love to go back and fix any issues for you at no further cost this is a more complex repair as you have a metal roof. Please feel free to give a call and I would be more than happy to go back and help again. My best wishes and hopefully we can get in touch to further assist you. Best regards, Ana

PNW Roof & Crawlspace Insulation removed our very old cedar shake roof & installed new high quality metal roof; took off and re-installed our gutters when finished replacing the roof; cleaned out, removed and re-insulated, re-screened, & installed vapor barrier in our crawlspace; cleaned out our attic, & removed & replaced our attic insulation, re-screening all the vents, and removed old fascia and replaced it with new, repainted fascia when the roof installation was completed. They took away all the old materials/garbage, and did a thorough sweep of the premises with a magnet roller after removing all trash materials. When we called for an estimate, PNW answered right away, and their estimator was at our house very quickly.Everyone at PNW couldn't be more friendly, courteous and capable! All the work was done quickly, safely, and on time. Everybody always has a smile on their face, and a hard working, can-do attitude. Their prices are very competitive, and communication was always nothing less than excellent. Their printed estimate and handout given at the time of estimation explains clearly and in detail the work to be done, and the specific type and brands of materials that will be used. All safety procedures, final cleanup procedures, and prices are also listed in detail. We work in the construction trade, and we are impressed. Thanks PN for the wonderful job!!
