I had a very disappointing experience with this roofing company. The work was rushed and lacked attention to detail. After the job was completed, I noticed several issues that should have been addressed properly the first time. Communication was also poor — it was difficult to get clear answers, and follow-up was almost nonexistent. I expected a much higher level of professionalism. I would not recommend this company.

They installed new soffit on my home and garage, and I’m very happy with how everything turned out. The roofing crew was on time, worked efficiently, and kept the job site neat from start to finish. My home has a shared driveway, and they made sure access stayed open the whole time without any issues. They also adjusted a rose bush lattice to match the new soffit line, even though it was not part of the original estimate, and handled it right away when I asked. Communication was clear throughout the project, especially about the work plan and a weather-related delay. The whole process was smooth, professional, and well managed. Great work and excellent service overall.

The roofing team was fantastic. They were honest, easy to reach, and did exactly what they said they would do. From the first call, Braxton was very helpful and knowledgeable, and that gave us a lot of confidence in choosing them after comparing several roofing estimates. Their price was a little higher than some others, but he clearly explained the difference in roofing materials, workmanship, and overall value, which made the decision much easier. Braxton kept us updated through the whole roofing process and answered every question in simple terms. He let us know there would be a short wait before the job started, and once the crew arrived, the roof replacement moved along smoothly and was finished in just a few days. The tear-off crew was polite, careful, and did a great job keeping the property clean. Roofing work can be loud, and we appreciated the warning ahead of time so we could plan for our pet. The whole roofing crew was professional, considerate, and very organized. We are extremely happy with our new seamless metal roof and seamless gutters. The finished work looks great, and we really felt valued from start to finish. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we would gladly recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing services.

it’s been a pleasure working with marc and the roofing crew. he was very knowledgeable and honest from the start. the roof installers were polite, professional, and hard working, and the roof installation looked excellent. cleanup was superb, and the architectural shingles really improved the look of our home. they also helped us plan the next exterior updates, and we felt confident the work would be completed to our satisfaction. later, the new entry door was installed beautifully, and the fit and finish were done with real care. more recently, justin and braxton completed railing and deck board work, and the results were absolutely beautiful. the whole project really transformed our home in montville, and the team made the entire roofing and exterior process smooth and stress free.

We live in Montville and were glad we found a roofer online. After calling several roofing contractors who did not want to come out for a simple roof inspection because we did not have a major job, this team responded quickly and even came …

One of the best experiences I’ve had with a roofing contractor. I collected 9 estimates, narrowed it down to two, and chose the roofer after talking with a couple of previous customers. The roof replacement on my 2,337 sq ft ranch rental in Montville was finished in just two workdays, and the new roof looks excellent. The crew was on time, hardworking, friendly, and stayed focused on the job with only a short lunch break each day. Marc also included repairs to some fascia and soffit in the estimate, and those parts were handled smoothly along with the roofing work. Everything came together cleanly, and the finished result really improved the look of the home. After recently seeing another roofing job being done on a smaller ranch nearby, it reminded me how great my own experience was. It made me appreciate the quality, efficiency, and professionalism even more. I would gladly reach out again for another roof replacement estimate on my own home.

justin and marc were some of the best roofing pros we have worked with. hernandez & sons roofing had a solid crew, and the whole job, from roof installation to gutter installation and clean-up, was first rate. they worked efficiently, stayed organized, and kept us updated through each stage of the project. they also handled the insurance side very well and made sure the adjuster received everything needed without delays. justin, who acted as the project manager, was on site during the install, checked in with us often, and made sure we always knew what was happening next. he followed up after the work was done to confirm we were happy with the finished roof and gutter work. what stood out most was how honest and straightforward the team was. there were no surprises, no changes in pricing or process, and they completed the work within the timeline they promised. the workmanship looked great, the property was left clean, and the entire experience felt smooth and professional. we are very pleased with the results and would recommend them to anyone needing a dependable roofing company.

these roofers were absolutely amazing, and the quality of the work was top notch. after talking with many roofing and exterior contractors, i chose this team because they stood out right away. marc was the only person who showed me a 3d mockup of how my home would look after the new roof and exterior work was finished, which made the whole decision much easier. braxton gave solid advice and suggested adding extra insulation and improving ventilation, which was a smart upgrade that other contractors never even brought up. what i really liked was that the crew handled almost the full job themselves, which made the project feel organized and consistent from start to finish. the pricing was also fair for the level of roofing, siding, and exterior detail i received. i hired them for a full exterior restoration, including a new roof, siding, and doors, after storm damage affected my home. the final result completely changed the look of the house, and i could not be more pleased. justin and the crew were some of the hardest working and most skilled people i have dealt with. they worked long days, stayed focused, and paid close attention to every part of the roofing and exterior installation. they cleaned up at the end of each day, kept the property neat, and treated my home with care even during a major tear-off and rebuild. that level of professionalism meant a lot. every detail was handled with care, from the trim lines above the windows to the color-matched caulking and the finish work around vents and pipe flashings. the roof system looks great, the siding lines are clean, and the whole exterior has a polished look. neighbors keep complimenting the house, and it really stands out now in the best way. i am not the easiest person to impress, but this team delivered excellent workmanship, strong communication, and real attention to detail. after consulting with many contractors, i know i made the right choice. highly recommend this skilled roofing and exterior crew.
