Bryan has an attitude and very unprofessional. I called him to get an estimate for a rental property but because I didn't give him couple jobs years ago after an estimate, he coped an attitude. I now remember why I didn't use him few years back.

Hey Mrs. Potter, I’m sorry you think I have an attitude & that I’m being unprofessional by not wanting to help you again. What you failed to mention in your review is that in the past (2018) I’ve not only written estimates for you on 2 properties, but I also met with your insurance company adjuster & successfully got them to pay to replace the roof. You then hired another roofer to do the work. My attitude, you referred to was simply telling you we preferred not to work on your new project in 2023. I’m sure you called me in the first place because of our reputation of success in working with insurance companies which you have benefited from in the past.

From the first call to the final inspection, everything went smoothly. They were honest about pricing, explained the process clearly, and completed the job quickly without cutting corners. It’s hard to find contractors this dependable — very impressed.

Pitch Perfect Roofing completed a new roof for us in December 2024. They worked with us on scheduling so we could be away while they were working. They did a fantastic job with our roof, taking care of our property, and clean up. Highly recommend them for your roofing needs.
