  Updated 9/20/2023: John did me a solid for no cost a few months ago and reviewed a roof. I had and issue with the house I recently purchased and needed some minor roof work done. After reaching back out I had someone come on site to do an estimate was told they'd complete early the following week. After not hearing from someone into last Wed, I reached out to get a status update. The response I got was asking about a completely different job and explaining issues with phones. Sadly, no knowledge of the job or a status update. John is a up stand guy, he was willing to work with me on a home roof repair inspection even with snow on the roof and with relative short notice.

  Keyth, We’re sorry you didn’t have a good experience with us. We sent you a proposal in September, and didn’t hear back from you until January when we couldn’t do any work because of the snow. We never got a signed contract or deposit from you, which we require to schedule work on any project in order to be fair to our other customers. This was stated in the proposal. When the weather improved, we called four times and never got a response. On our last attempt to reach you, we left a message indicating that we needed to hear back, or we would need to withdraw our proposal to start on a month-long project out of town. Since we didn’t hear from you, we assumed the project had fallen through. Please accept our apologies for the miscommunication.

  I am the owner, John Stout, and deal directly with the homeowners in all cases. We don't have a manager or anyone that works with us named Jebediah. The cleanup is always done to the owner's satisfaction or we don't ask for payment. And we don't ever ask for more money unless there is a legitimate charge covered in the contract like replacement of damaged plywood.   Absolutely the worst company to hire! The owner is extremely unprofessional. He will do anything to get a bid, but won't live up to his promises. He failed to get a roofing permit and when we called the city to inspect, there were several code violations. When he found out that his work had been reviewed and found unprofessional he proceeded to call us and yell at us and tell us the code violations and poor workmanship was our fault. Horrible Company! IF you've hired them contact your city to make sure they have done the job to code! Your roof will be leaking if you don't!

  They quickly found my leak issue and repaired it for a good price. They were honest about the state of my roof and didn’t try to sell me anything. I trust this company and will use them again for future needs. Very kind and professional!

  Incredible experience working with these guys. I was in a time crunch, and they did everything in their power to accommodate. They were in and out in one day, courteous employees, kept it clean, and do great work. Can’t recommend them enough.

  I had an exceptionally good experience having my full roof replaced by Pioneer Roofing. Mason explained everything & kept me updated with the process. No hidden fees, reasonable price, and the crew was on time & very professional.. They cleaned up everything. Couldn’t be happier!

  Fantastic, affordable service. I had another company quote me before reaching out to Pioneer Roofing. All I needed was a repair to some ridge shingles, along with some underlayment and sealant. They came out to give a quote and repaired it same day. In and out in less than an hour and it was significantly cheaper than the other guy. Nice people to work with. I’ll be reaching out again for sure on some of my outbuildings.

  Such a great company. They worked with my schedule so well. Mason was very responsive and helpful. They did great work on the complete redo of our roof, finished so quickly, and did a walk through after to make sure everything was cleaned up and done well. Would definitely recommend them for a new roof!

  Mason came out and assessed the leak in my commercial property and had the whole thing fixed and ready to go in less than an hour. My tenants are pleased and I'm grateful to have some one to call who answered so quickly and professionally. Will be using them again!

  Very quick and responsive. He came out within two days to do the inspection visit then did the required sealing repairs right then. He charged a very reasonable rate and gave a three year roof certification with a guarantee on any roof leaks or shingle loss up to a bundle for the next three years all for just a few hundred dollars. Very professional, great communication! I love this company so far and as a Realtor I look forward to partnering with this company again! The roof guarantee for the next three years was very comforting to my buyer! Nice experience!!
