  I called Chris, who owns Pinpoint Roofing because his company was highly recommended. I knew they didn't work in my geographical area very often so I was actually asking for a recommendation for a roofer in my area. He was very helpful with basic information and then he said he would ask one of his project managers to take a look at it even though it was a bit further than their work area. My roof had developed several leaks over this rainy summer and it was a very critical situation. He assigned Caleb and I heard from him within minutes and then he inspected the roof the next day and gave me a thorough quote for three options from "patch up the problem" to partial reroof to full reroof. I chose the full reroofing including sheathing and repair around chimneys. The price seemed fair given my other quotes. Their warranty was a major selling point . Caleb put me on the schedule to start within 2 weeks. There was a delay due to permits that were required in my city and Caleb worked through all of that with good humor and patience. He was always prompt in responding to any text messages I sent. He was a pleasure to work with! The crew that installed the roof worked quickly and managed to get the entire roof on in between thunderstorms that hit the area over several days. The roof looks great and so far is doing it's job!

  Pinpoint was in line with other estimates. Their communications were above expectation. JUNIOR kept me posted almost daily. They started on time & finished on time. It was a flat roof that had to completely come off. I felt like they guided me well through the process. Got lots of photos too. Highly recommend!!!!!!

  Junior and crew did a great job. Contacted me promptly after leaving an initial message. Came out quickly to have a look at the job and quoted a reasonable price. They fit my repair in quickly, showed up on time and did a great job. I’ll be coming back to them when I’m ready to replace the entire roof. Very professional and reasonably priced. Thanks.
