Another big factor for me was professionalism and a low-pressure approach. Out of the four roofing estimates I received, this company offered the best value, even with premium architectural shingles, quality underlayment, strong flashing details, and an excellent manufacturer warranty. They were also able to get the roofing job scheduled quickly, which was a huge plus. From the beginning to the final walkthrough, I never felt pushed or pressured. There were no sales games, no upselling, and no attempt to take advantage of the situation. The whole process felt straightforward, honest, and focused on what the roof actually needed. That gave me a lot of confidence in moving forward. The roofing crew was professional, organized, and clearly experienced. They knew exactly how to handle tear-off, decking improvements, underlayment installation, flashing work, ridge vent installation, and shingle placement. The project moved efficiently and the workmanship looked solid throughout each phase. It was clear they took pride in doing the roof the right way. The cleanup was also impressive. After several days of hard work, the impact on the house and yard was minimal. Aside from a brand-new roof, there was hardly any sign they had been there. That level of care matters a lot when a full roof replacement is being done on an occupied home.   In early July, Camden came out to Austin and gave me an estimate for my leaking roof. He said the roof was still in solid shape and did not try to push a full roof replacement when a repair was the right option. A few days later, he called to schedule an early morning visit, and he showed up ahead of time and worked until the roofing repair was finished. After a heavy Texas storm, I noticed a small leak again. Once the weather cleared, I called back, and Camden said he would return around midday to inspect it. He arrived early once more, found the issue, and completed the repair. He did not charge me anything because the work was covered under warranty, and he also said he would check back after the next rain to make sure everything stayed sealed. I highly recommend Perry & Sons Roofers Llc because they are honest, dependable, clean up well after the job, and consistently show up on time.

  We hired Perry & Sons Roofers LLC for a full exterior upgrade, including roofline trim, gutters, downspouts, soffit work, and cedar accent details around the columns and tongue-and-groove soffit. It is not easy to find a roofing and exterior crew that truly cares about workmanship and the final result, but this team absolutely did. The crew was professional, detailed, and very skilled with every part of the job. They handled all of our change requests smoothly, and we had quite a few along the way. Roger was on site often, checking progress, making sure the work stayed on track, and keeping the quality level high from start to finish. They also understood how important durable exterior materials are in hot weather and made sure everything looked great and was built to last.   I hired Perry & Sons Roofers LLC to update the worn exterior of my home, especially around the roofline, porch roof, trim, and drainage system. They were very knowledgeable, explained the whole process clearly, and took time to inspect everything carefully before starting. The crew removed the old exterior materials, trim, and worn caulking around the windows and main entry, then improved the home with durable exterior products that fit well with the structure. They fully repaired my porch roof with new wood decking and support where needed, giving it the strength and stability it had been missing. They also installed new shingles and added a properly fitted gutter and downspout so water now drains away the right way, which is especially important with the heavy rain and strong sun we get in Austin. Their attention to detail around the roof edge, trim, and exterior finish really stood out. One of the best parts was how well they uncovered and preserved the original decorative crown detail on this older home, then neatly capped it with aluminum for a clean, finished look. The metal capping work came out excellent and gives the house a sharp, standout appearance. They even found a smart way to cover the exposed electrical conduit so the front of the home looks much smoother and more polished now.   Perry & Sons Roofers LLC replaced my roof and gutters several years ago, and the work looked great from the start. Later, I noticed squirrels had found a way in near the roofline and gutter area and started nesting in my attic. I called for help, and Roger came out to inspect everything carefully. He explained where the openings were, pointed out what repairs were needed, and let me know the issue might be tied to the original plywood work, so it would be handled under the warranty. About a week later, he returned and took care of the repairs. He worked hard through the Austin heat, kept a positive attitude the whole time, picked up the needed materials, and made sure the area was fully cleaned before leaving. I was very impressed with the quality of the roofing repair, the attention to detail, and the way the warranty was honored without any hassle.   I had a roofing crew replace my roof, and they worked very hard and did an excellent job. They were a little short on shingles the first day, but they came back the next morning and finished everything quickly. They cleaned up the yard well and even painted the roof vents to match the shingle color, which made the whole roof look better. They installed ridge vents, removed the old attic fans, sealed the openings with plywood, and shingled over them neatly. In Austin, it is important to have good roof ventilation and strong roofing materials because of the heat and storms, and they handled that very well. They honestly did more than I expected, and I could not have asked for a better roofing team. Very professional from start to finish. I also had new gutters installed, and that crew did an excellent job too. We already knew one side of the house would need fascia board replacement, but they found another section that needed repair as well. They replaced the extra board at no added charge, and the estimate stayed the same. I am very happy with all the roofing and gutter work they did for me.
