The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Perrine Roofing Masters. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

They picked up the phone on the callback, which already set them apart from the usual contractor experience. I was dealing with a tenant report of a roof leak in Palmetto Bay and a closing inspection deadline looming, so I wasn’t in the mood for delays or inflated quotes. Perrine Roofing Masters came in with a second opinion that was not only faster but also significantly cheaper than another bid I had on the table. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t rush into selling anything—they actually broke down the condition of the flashing, explained the wear clearly, and even pointed out why the higher estimate didn’t really match the scope of the issue. The repair itself was prioritized and completed before the inspection without complications, and everything held up exactly as expected. Overall, it felt straightforward, honest, and efficient for a Roofing contractor in Palmetto Bay, Florida—no drama, just solid work when timing mattered.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 3 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 3, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Perrine Roofing Masters. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
