  Waited for over a week for no communication, left me with no choice but to find another company. Other company showed up same day to look at roof, started repairs today. All less then 48 hours. I’d definitely work on the communication skills you have as a team, including the woman who answers the phone and ensured a follow up call same day. Very disappointed, I had high hopes for this company, Josh directly who I was referred to as highly recommended. Thanks for wasting over 7 valuable days. When it comes to a business, it’s immediate. Wish I could have left a positive review, but I wouldn’t rely on them for anything major.

  We are extremely sorry to hear to know you didn't have a good experience with us. I spent some time this morning looking through our database and don't see any customer under your name. We don't see any leads or new projects under your name either. Please understand we just went through 2 hurricanes and the amount of calls are still overwhelming. Weve receievd hundreds of calls! Were not perfect and sometimes we do let some things slip through the cracks and unfortunately that may have been the situation with you. That doesn't excuse our actions. Just wanted to give you some insight as to what may have happened. We work very hard to keep our ratings up and customers satisfied so to give us a 1 star review when we didn't actually do any work for you seems unfair. We are extremely apologetic and would hate for this to be your first impression of us. If you could please call the office 727-379-4897 and ask for Josh we will find a way to make this up to you. Thank you

  First and foremost, we want to apologize that your experience with us faltered toward the end. We strive for top notch customer service the entire process and for you to not have received that really does not sit well with us, so for that we apologize. I will say when you began to have a leak we always communicated with you, we always picked up your calls and sent technicians out to your home to try and correct the problem. Unfortunately some leaks are harder than others to locate. Wish we would've gotten it fixed the first time but we didn't. We did say we would have the ceiling painted but I wanted to wait to do that until we knew we fixed the leak. No sense in painting it twice lol. We do appreciate you mentioning that you initially had a great experience with us because we thought you did as well. We even replaced some shingles that blew off after the hurricane at no charge, even though we dont warranty hurricane damage. That's just part of how we try to take care of our customers. I know we spoke over the phone and email a few times recently and you have been nothing but kind and understanding and it means a great deal to us that you would be willing to give us another shot in the future to show how remorseful we are that things didn't go the way we both wanted the first time. I look forward to giving it another shot and we hope to really "wow" you in the future. Feel free to contact us at any time.   Just had a replacement roof. Well, Dry Guys Roofing were absolutely amazing in every respect. Putting in long days to get the job finushed quickly without compromising on excellence of work. So pleased with my new roof, all my neighbors have commented on it as well. No hesitation in recommending these Guys.

  Josh came and replaced the old vents on the roof. He was on time, professional and very friendly. He didn't rushed to finish the job, he was also sealed all the cracks I had. I would highly recommend Josh and Dry Guys Roofing!

  Had work done in the Gardens in Parrish Florida. Our roof was damaged. They fixed it up well. We were even able to stay home for the repair. Would recommend the company to anyone who needs repair or their roof fixed.

  We had our shingle roof replaced and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The roofers were timely, efficient, and respectful. Joshua communicated every step of the process. Please don’t hesitate to use Dry Guys. I don’t think there is a better company in the Sarasota area!

  These guys are super friendly and very responsible priced. Had a small soffit repair needed in a very difficult location of my roof and they got it done. Looks like it never happens.

  Dry Guys show up when they're supposed to, do quality work and clean up the mess. I've had them do several things for me and the owner was on site every time. Definitely recommend using Dry Guys.
