  Get Coastal Exteriors recently replaced my tile roof. They do not follow thru with their work. Use this company at your own risk. You have been warned . 1 Star.

  They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I am now having to hire another roofing company to repair the damage they did. They all lie about everything. Even I have pictures of before during and after. Save your self months of frustration, they are the worst!

  Beware of this company. They replaced my roof 3 years ago. After some heavy rains recently I noticed some water damage and leaking into my house. I contacted them and they set up a leak evaluation appointment, which they did not show up for. I contacted them again to setup a new appointment, I understand things can happen. They proceeded to NO CALL NO SHOW me three more times after that! Including after speaking directly with their manager, Fernando. He setup a Saturday appointment with me, still no call, no show. Wasting hours of my time waiting around for them. They do not appear to want to honor their 10 year craftsmanship warranty which my contract states. I would stay very far away from this company. Edit: After some back and forth calls with the owner, Terry, who promised to make things right, his crew did show up one time to attempt a fix. My roof continued to leak the following rainstorm. Then they stated they would send a crew to pull back the roof, repair any areas needed, etc. NO CALL NO SHOW again. At this point I was so fed up I was done. Found a new roofing company who pointed all the multiple things Get Coastal did incorrectly. I need a total re-roof after 3 years! Ridiculous. Do not do business with this company.

  I had my roof replaced by get coastal six years ago. It is still under warranty so I can't have any work done to it without voiding the warranty. I have scheduled them to come out and check for damage multiple times since the hurricane. …

I pulled up your file up in our system and found an estimate from one of our sales people, but no documentation of a new roof. Please call the office, and ask to speak with me.   Do not us this company. Workmanship is the worst . Roof was replaced by this company . Company has been out 5 times to fix leaks and it is still leaking. And the crew that is sent out does not speak no English. So there is a communication problem if you do not speak Spanish with the the workers they send out. I hired a new company to put on another roof as I got tired of the leaks phone calls ,and dealing with theri employees . This company should have a class action lawsuit against them after reading BBB compliants and google complaints

  They did some repair on my roof. When it started raining in a few weeks after that, I noticed part of the ceiling and walls were all damaged with water leaks. I contacted them and they came and glued the edges, but they never repaired the damages on the celling and the walls. Do not use this company. No return calls for over a year. Poor workmanship.

  The sales person was very nice but the crew who installed my 60K plus roof was not qualified. They took no pride and I am still waiting for this to be resolved. I would not recommend this company at this time.

  This company subs out the roofers. We had the same area repaired 3 times by 3 different workers. None of the repairs held / worked. ETA was the first time since the 3rd repair we had lots of rain and the same area is still leaking! Do not use them for roof repairs!! After the second roof repair our initial contact wasn't even responsive to us. We learned our lesson not using a Chamber member, and only going by online reviews when our preferred roofer was extremely backed up. Consumer beware!!

  Very competent and HONEST roofing company. I needed some minor repairs to my roof and they showed me where the isolated areas where that needed fixing. The first company that came out was ERIE HOME and they said I needed an entire new roof for $43,000 they intentionally ripped up a row of shingles at the back of the home claiming all my shingles needed to be replaced. $1,200 to repair what the thieves did to me and to do sealing around the pipes that protrude from the roof that create the water pressure. What a difference between the two companies, GET COASTAL EXTERIORS = HONEST vs ERIE HOMES = CRIMINAL THIEVES. What a shockingly different experience when dealing with HONEST roofers.

  I referred my client that needed root repairs to them and they were great! I dealt with Simon there and he couldn’t have been any nicer, professional and easier to work with. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done.

  Get Coastal Exteriors has some top notch roofers and boy did they help us out! Goodneck vent from stove-had only been flapping in every breeze for FIVE YEARS! They came, they quoted-they got the job Done! Excellent team. Biggest recommendation.

  This company has been amazing to my 93 year old mother and myself. Everyone that we came across has been so pleasant and willing to explain things to us. This company got the job done after a previous attempt with another roofing company. They had it all wrong and it took a long time to figure it out. Thank you to all that helped us with the process. Would recommend them to anyone who is in need.

  I recently used this roofing company and was genuinely impressed by their great service and affordable pricing! The team was professional, efficient, and made sure every detail was handled perfectly from start to finish.   My experience was great with them all! I couldn’t have done it if it wasn’t for Michelle! She guided me all the way through and advocated for me big time! Her boss ( sorry, remembering names is not good. lol) I had met and he was awesome too. Any questions I had were answered by them and supervisor. The workers were awesome and worked so hard up on the roof. It was about a 12 hour job. If you need a roof, this company is the best there is!! Thanks again for all you did for me Michelle!! Everyone was very professional at all times!! These people are very compassionate in your time of need! Appreciate you all! Linda Burroughs
