Although everyone did a fantastic job on my roof, there was quite a bit of confusion on my part I guess. 1). Not knowing what the difference between a drip edge, facia and soffit, I was a little disappointed to find out that some things were not included in the pricing. 2). Signing an agreement that the roofers are not responsible for any damage to my property was an issue as well. The only thing I asked was DO NOT DAMAGE my four Agave Angustifolia Marginata bushes in my front yard and that’s probably the only thing that got damaged along with the 6” divots on my lawn. 3). I met with a salesman who indicated that the e project manager on the job would be Sally. A few days before the job a gentleman came to my door indicating he would be the project manager for my job. The morning of the job it was someone completely different. Javier, who did an amazing job explaining everything that was going to be done, thorough and complete and it was done just like he said it was going to take place. Maybe a project manager should attend the first meeting along with the sales person so people would definitely understand 1 year later and I’m still having the same issues. It is so unbearable in my house due to the roof. It’s only May and daily my house heats up to 85-90°. I sent a message to Sally but haven’t heard back. Again tonight at 10:50pm it’s still hotter than hell. There has to be something that can be done. Someone please help, I can’t handle the $300 FPL bills like this every month.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. My grandfather had them come out to give him an estimate, and after the kid talked to him for an hour and had him sign things (even though my grandpa said he had other people coming out and it wasn’t guaranteed he was going with them), they showed back up today saying he had signed the contract and they had permits to start everything. We told him my grandpa wasn’t available, he insisted he’d come back later, even though we told him he went with someone else. He shows up AGAIN, my grandpa says no, again, he’s gone with someone else. They proceed to stand there for 15 minutes, arguing with him, still trying to convince him to change his mind even though he’s firmly said no multiple times at this point. SO beyond unprofessional. I wouldn’t even have someone pay ME money to use this company. Not to mention, my grandpa found out by the person he’s going with instead that a few of the things that this kid was charging that upped the price were actually needed to be up to code and the other company wouldn’t even charge for since it’s required.

I still haven’t had my roof completed, and I’m feeling very disappointed. I’ve been calling the office for a week, but even though I was promised a callback, no one has contacted me. The sales representative, Paul, visited my house uninvited three times and even sat outside for 30 minutes, calling and texting me. Moreover, he spoke poorly of his coworkers. This is my first experience getting a roof done, and I realize that I chose the wrong company. Don't even deserve the 1 star I have to give.

I will NOT recommend this company to anyone I know. My mother has been helping me look for reputable roofing companies to come out and give estimates on my grandmothers roof since she is in need of a new roof due to the past hurricanes this year. First off, they scheduled is for the wrong day and then acted like we mis heard the date scheduled (which, we know we did not because we always confirm & write it down on paper) So, instead of coming out on the 3rd they came the 5th. (Not a huge deal just a little annoying) Then, the 5th comes and they show up late. Blames a “meeting” When the person shows up, they are confused because they don’t even have the right address (from what the ring doorbell picked up) Then, the salesman proceeds to ask my 85 yr old grandmother if it is an insurance claim. My grandmother says yes and the salesman then asks if there is any way she can proceed without going through her insurance. She tells him no. He then says ok so what do you want me to do here? This man already knew what he was there for so I’m not sure why that even came out his mouth. The salesman then proceeds to get on the roof with his partner then they go to the truck, get the paperwork out & asks to come inside to talk. After talking with my grandmother she tells him to call me (what I’ve been having her do with everyone) and go over everything with me. So, he did. He explains things to me and then starts asking me when can they start. I told him that we really didn’t have plans on choosing today. This man kept on and on asking me in several different ways as if I’m stupid or something. Mind you, he hadn’t even sent me the estimate paperwork via email yet. (Who would agree to something like that before even looking over the paperwork/contract?) he then asks me who all have we gotten estimates from and how much each one of them quoted us. He also wanted to know the exact amount my grandmother had received from her insurance company which at that point is none of his busi

Covenant Roofing did a great job replacing our roof. We got three estimates in Zephyrhills FL. Covenant was the only one to go on the roof for the estimate! Paul explained everything in details and gave us some pointers on what to look for in a roofing company. They were not the cheapest company but we felt that they displayed the most knowledge out the three companies. The crew was very mindful and respectful of the property, they worked very efficiently and fast. They answered all of our questions; very friendly and approachable crew!

Covenant Roofing recently installed a new Galvanized Metal Roof and removed my solar panels from the old ashpalt shingle roof and reinstalled my panels on the their new Metal Roof. A difficult job to say the least. The job was complicated because of the 29 solar panels which are the older heavier Metal Framed panels. The work took 7 days to complete because of the difficulty and scheduling with the solar company. The work was done with percission and patience. The result was a beautiful roof that will last me until I am until I pass. The work crew did an excellent job and the job was Supervised daily and for many hours each day. You can trust this company!
