  Took 2 years to finish a 3 month project. After months and months of phone calls, dead ends, and price changes. They STILL did not finish the job. Subcontractors subcontracting and subcontracting until you have lord knows who showing up. …

  We have no customer by this name in our data base. We have never done any work for Mr. Kucera. There must be some confusion of what contractor he used, but it wasn't Kennedy Construction Groups, LLC

  This company is a scam! I had my roof replaced less than three years ago and just had to pay someone to replace rotting soffit that they basically just put shingles over. I’m sure there will be some explanation they give for this… But believe me, THEY are not to be trusted! Gene Kennedy himself basically told me…”good luck” …. And then I never heard from him again after he told me he would get back to me. ZERO cooperation.

  I would not use them ever again. I needed some work done to my home and Glenn, the salesman came out to my home and looked at the work that needed to be done I gave Glenn $500 deposit to do the work and they never did it and was taken months I could not leave my house open for wildlife and the weather to come in the house. so my two friends had done the work for me. Been trying to call them over a year now trying to get my deposit back and they’ve been avoiding me and not calling me back and this has been going on over a year now. They had put a new roof on my house three years ago and it’s already leaking. If I could I would gave them no stars . Stay away run !

  I would give negative stars if possible. My brand new roof is less than 5 years old. I have an issue with some leaks. Trying to get this company to respond is horrible. All their work is outsourced to sub-contractors. It took months to have tiles replaced after Ian, and then I got yet another sub-contractor with price gouging. The response to my request has been beyond comical and less than professional. I am completely unable to recommend them for any roofing needs.

  My Fiance and I were excited to get a new roof after having it fail during the storms last year. We hired Kennedy with the expectation that they were professionals, we were disappointed to find they were not. Although they and other companies were completing roofs in our neighborhood in just days, Kennedy took several weeks.to complete ours. A crew would show up unannounced, no one speaking English, work for a few houra, leave a mess then not show up for several days untill my Fiancé had to call and beg them to come and finish. They clearly didn't have the crew they needed for all the jobs they were signed up for and would show up only after we would complain. The only time they called us was to collect draws, it was also the only time you heard from anyone who could speak English. Our gutter was damaged and at first they said they would fix it, then after multiple calls to them Christine told us that it was the fault of the company who delivered the tiles and Kennedy wouldn't fix it even though THEY are the ones who ordered the materials and work with that company and tried to make that our problem, our gutter is still not fixed. My Fiance also wrote a review and the response from Kennedy was about as pathetic as the professionalism they showed on our job. Just as we expected, they made excuses and did not offer a remedy. They referred us to ONE contractor for other work who committed fraud on us and ran off with $36,000 and left our hone in complete shambles. They do not want to take any responsibility for that either but it showed us they work with unprofessional people just like them. The tile company damaged our gutter and their go to contractor, who's not really a contractor destroys people's homes and steals their money. Do yourself a favor a find a company that will treat you like you matter especially after a $60,000 job is given to them.

  Signed and paid deposit on August 2024, and nothing but the run around from 6 different employees. Well turkey day is upon us and not one gobble from anyone! If anyone has any tactics on how to get any kind of response, I'll welcome to hear them.   Unfortunately I cannot hive 0 stars. If you need a massive headache and want to be under construction fo almost 6 weeks,, this is your company! What a complete nightmare dealing with these so called professionals. They would show up and work a few hours then disappear for a week We had to make numerous calls asking when they would return. We watched multiple other roofs in our subdivision completed in less than a week for the sane type and size of roof. They nag you for the next draw then they don't show up for days. They damaged our gutters then refused to fix them. On top of it, they referred us to a contractor for inside work at the beginning and the guy presented himself as licensed but after running off with $36 000 of our money we found out he was not licensed. Seriously BEWARE of trusting this company for anything other than loss and heartache. I asked numerous times for them to make it right and mend the issues and it's fallen on deaf ears even after speaking with Christine, the owner, it was an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. After talking with several neighbors, I discovered that 3 of them had the same issues, the very reason I'm writing to warn as many people as I can.

  Dear Mr Snyder, Kennedy Construction was hired for the tile roof install which was completed with a final inspection from the county on 3/6/2025. You signed a contract for a full re roof on 9/2024 right after a major Hurricane lead times on material can get extremely long. I stayed in communication with you through out the project came out with additional guys to look at and advise on other issues at the property including finding a failing sea wall. After the roof was complete you asked for other vendors we could refer to you for interior work you wanted done. I gave you several referrals. It is up to you the homeowner to pick the person you wish to work with. We are not responsible for who you pick or the work they perform or do not perform. At Kennedy we want every customer to feel like family, so I am very unhappy this is what your going through, but please understand Kennedy is not able to help cure another contractor mistake/problem. Unless contracted to do so. But I see as of today you have not called in regarding any roof related issues, so we are glad to see your brand new roof is doing wonderfully with all the summer rain we are having! If there is anything we can do moving forward please don't hesitate to let us know. Respectfully the KCG TEAM

  Lawrence and his crew did an excellent job replacing our roof because of hurricane damage. They all worked hard, quickly, but efficiently. They also replaced our gutters and downspouts. Lawrence and Joe did the installation with Joe doing the majority of the work that one man could handle. They were both very polite and knowledgeable, explaining everything along the way. We have been getting many compliments on our house. Lawrence and Joe should both be commended for their knowledge, skill, and efficiency. Robert Coughlin

  Kennedy is a fantastic company. Our roof was damaged from Hurricane Milton and they helped from the start by drying in with tarps and helping to deal with the insurance company. Their work is clean with good quality and we’re are really happy with our finished roof.

  A company with integrity and honesty, kindness. They responded quickly and fixed the broken tile within a week from calling. It is hard to fine a trustworthy company these days, but Kennedy Construction is one you can trust.

  I want to say up front that I am not related to nor friends with anyone who does now or ever did work for this company. We lost our roof during hurricane Milton 10/10/24. After much searching and comparison we chose to go with Kennedy. Man a’livin am I glad we did. This company was absolutely top shelf from day one to job finished. Our project manager was Charlie McGee and he was absolutely the best anyone could hope for. Charlie kept us informed, in detail, every step of the way. The roof recommended turned out to be an upgrade that could qualify us for a discount on our home insurance. The finished product is beautiful and we could not be happier. Kudos to everyone at Kennedy involved in our project.

  12/13/24. With damage from the latest hurricane, we were in need of a new roof. I contacted Kennedy for a quote. An agent Michael came out and wrote up a quote and in comparison, I was satisfied with the price and agreed with the deposit and their time frame. As busy as everyone in this business is, they sent a crew with a foreman named Charlie in the 2-3 week estimate and Charlie called me to give a heads up before starting, day they started, and text as work was performed letting me know all was good. Can’t comment personally on any follow up IF any issues but my neighbor used them, they did have a minor leak at one of the three skylight windows, and she said an employee from Kennedy came same day she called, and was explaining the issue and actually took husband up on the roof to show what and how he repaired. But my experience so far with Michael, Charlie, and the office management has to be 5 star and definitely recommend 👍👍

  Bob provided an estimate for a new roof on my home. He was very thorough and explained everything that needed to be done in detail. Bob was excellent at explaining the quality of the roofing materials his company uses, the choices I could make, and the warranties available for my roof. After obtaining other estimates and speaking to other roofing companies, Kennedy was an obvious choice. The work they did was top notch. Great customer service and work completed!

  Charlie is one of the best individuals I have ever dealt with. Knew exactly what he was looking for, took pictures and explained to me. it’s hard to find honest hard working people anymore but Kennedy Roofing has one with Charlie.
